Nice house and comfy beds. The house is on a very busy 4 lane road. It was too loud for us to be outside and enjoy the amenities. The neighboring ATV dealership is literally out the bedroom window, so not as private as we hoped. But, the host was wonderful to work with.

I had a lovely stay in a large, quiet, and private-feeling room. Maria was so welcoming and hospitable.

This is the third time we have rented this property. It is always fantastic! The peace and quiet beauty are balm to the soul! Thank you so much for sharing this little piece of heaven with others. We will be back!

Oh my goodness - if you are looking for a peaceful place to spend some time - this is it! The home itself is amazing! Soaring ceilings, heated floors, spacious, three bedrooms downstairs and a loft upstairs. The entire back of the house is all glass with an amazing view of the pond. We saw canadian geese flying in first thing in the morning from our view from the master bedroom. Everything in this house is so clean. The host is amazing. It is set on 27 acres so you absolutely see no one else when you are on the property but it is super close to so many things. We wanted to stock up on some breakfast items and there is a grocery store that is about 5 minutes away. We enjoyed going to DeSoto State Park and Falls - only about 10 minutes away. If you love nature and you love a luxurious place to stay this will check all of your boxes.

The property was very clean and nicely updated. It was convenient and located within a few short minutes of the relatives we were visiting. The house was charming and comfortable for our family and the purpose of our visit. A few things the owner might consider modifying for additional comfort/convenience of guests (these things did not negatively impact our stay): more kitchen utensils/knives for basic cooking needs (measuring cups & spoons, small & mid-size sharp knives), add an armoire or hooks in the main bedroom for hang-up clothes (there is no closet in the main bedroom suite), add dressers or suitcase stands for bags/suitcases, and window coverings that would allow for privacy while still letting in natural light (current window coverings are blackout blinds). Overall, we had a great stay. The suggestions above would make future stays even better.

Bella Vista Loft was WONDERFUL. Incredibly spacious. Beautiful surroundings. Wonderful porches. It was PERFECT for our girls weekend. The ladies were squawking all weekend how great it was. We had easy, friendly, and timely correspondence with Julie as well. Thank you! Will definitely recommend!

Everything was lovely! We were impressed as soon as we walked in. The presentation of the room was very welcoming. Claire and Bryan communicated well with us every step of the way from check-in to check-out. They even had some great amenities with the little snack bar right outside of our door! The kitchen space was small, but just perfect enough for us to make our breakfast. There was so many windows, perfect for good natural light in the morning time, while still very private with blinds you can pull down in the evening time. One thing we couldn’t stop talking about was how comfy the bed was!! I think it’s worth mentioning because after a long day out, it is so lovely to get to rest and relax in a bed like that! The only thing I have to say is that the bed is a tad short so if you are super tall your legs may be hanging off. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and can concur with the ratings that this is definitely a guest favorite!

Our stay was above and beyond what we expected! The suite was extremely clean and very inviting! Jen and her husband are very welcoming! They both took time out of their days to recommend local places to visit while we were here! Once we arrived they gave us a thorough tour and even showed us the event center that is on the property! No details have been forgot about! There is a dog park for pets, a Sauna, hot tub, game closet for rainy days (for all ages!) and a playground for the kids! We truly felt right at home and absolutely loved staying here! We would definitely recommend this location to others!!!

Al is an excellent host and owner of this delightful property. His thoughtful personal touch is evident in every carefully considered detail of the charming unit. Timely responses and personalized assistance, should you need it during your stay, are hallmarks of Al's exceptional service - a level of hospitality that not every host can match. The property is conveniently located about 20 minutes from the must-see attractions of Rock City, Ruby Falls, and grocery shopping. Guests will find plenty of opportunities for hiking, taking in majestic sunsets, and enjoying the breathtaking views from the edge of the mountain. This is truly a destination that deserves a spot on anyone's travel itinerary.

Julie is a great communicator. The kitchen was stocked with essentials and the bathrooms had everything we needed. Immediately we felt comfortable in right at home. I would definitely stay at Julie's place again.

We were extremely happy with Heather's place for our stay in Cartersville. My son and I were there for a baseball event. We made the easy 12-min drive to Lakepoint each day, and then came back to our oasis in Cartersville. The apartment was super comfortable and quiet, with a great kitchen, washer and dryer. We made breakfast there every day, but we had access to all the great restaurants in Cartersville for lunch and dinner. I also took walks from the house through the neighborhoods each morning. It was perfect!

Jody and her husband are consummate professionals. Jody always goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I stayed there for several months, and some very bad storms. She always let me know what happened on the 2 occasions that the power was out, and it was quickly restored. Anytime storms were coming she brought by a case of bottled water, just in case. The stairs up to the apartment are easy and very sturdy. Not cramped or steep. Everything is very well cared for. For someone desiring a peaceful area, with the convenience of shopping and great variety of restaurants and services within 7 minute drive, this is the BEST. You can go nature walking, biking, or just sit and watch the birds. If I have more work in the area, this is where I will stay. She has the best rates around, and she is absolutely the best to deal with. I wanted to put 12 stars!!!!

We had a wonderful one-month stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, which made our stay very convenient. The location is quiet and has a high level of safety, allowing us to feel at ease throughout our stay. The host Diane and Jarrett were very friendly and responded to messages promptly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this place!

I must say, this was an exceptional property to stay at! Everything was top-notch, from cleanliness to an enormous amount of room! It's always the small things that I notice, and one thing that really caught my attention was the pillows on my bed….one really light and soft and one memory foam and super solid! The kitchen had everything we could need for a trip, as well as the bathroom, plenty of towels and toiletries as well. I would highly recommend this property!

This place is really great! It’s in a quiet and cozy location with some great food nearby too. There’s a ton that the hosts have done to make this stay instantly comfortable like including all the tools you need to use the roomy kitchen to make meals. The in-unit laundry and screened in porch make it feel like home. You can’t go wrong with this location if you’re visiting Calhoun.
