I think one of the strongest points of this Airbnb is the location, although you have to navigate windy roads, you find yourself at the very top of Malibu; the epic views and peaceful vibe make it well worth the drive. The Airbnb sits beneath the main house; although it is private, you are not detached. I had no issue as the host Nicholas is a wonderful man, a great communicator, and was very helpful. A blissful stay for me!

Barbara and Gunther were nothing less than the perfect hosts. Their place is fantastic, great location and spotless. MauMau is the friendliest cat I have ever met and has pushed me to get a cat of my own! Barbara and Gunther went out of their way to make our stay fantastic, provided great snacks, recommendations and an amazing place to stay which felt homely as well as being spotlessly clean. We will certainly be returning if we are in LA again, and will be recommending to any friends and family. The guys were extremely friendly and we couldn’t recommend them enough.

Loved this place. Great ocean view, very quiet and peaceful. The entire property was beautiful and we loved their garden. They were some of the friendliest people who've hosted us.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.

My husband and I enjoyed the place very much! Highly recommend to anyone trying to be in the city. 😊😊

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. I stayed at this Airbnb for the weekend and had a great time! The space was clean and just like the photos. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Check-in was super easy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay—I’d definitely recommend staying here!

This was my second stay at Moshe & Allie’s property, and once again, everything was perfect. They are incredibly responsive and attentive, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. The house was spotless, with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and fully stocked with all the essentials we needed. The location is ideal—peaceful, private, and just minutes from a beautiful wildlife preserve, perfect for nature lovers. It’s clear that Moshe & Allie care deeply about their guests’ comfort and experience. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay again!

My husband likes to say..."wow, that's why Michael is a 'super host'"! This home is what every air bnb consumer hopes for. It actually exceeds your expectation. He has thought of everything and more. Every detail is covered, everything you need is there. The home is immaculate and so are all the appointments, home appliances and gardens. There is a wonderful patio and barbeque too. I remember saying 'pride in ownership'. We had a different circumstance coming here in that we were displaced by the California Wild Fires. We found the comfort of our home here and the comfort of our hosts, who care. We had hardly anything when we got there and Michael and his wonder partner provided for, and had already thought of everything. We were fortunate this home was available when we needed it. As far as travel, if you are a tourist, I personally needed to get around, to our former home, and to work. The freeway is close by as are many wonderful restaurants. Enjoy!

Alyssa’s place was great! It was immaculately clean, the beds were super comfy (even the rollaway bed), the kitchen was stocked with coffee, cream, sugar and a great supply of snacks! Alyssa offered some great family friendly recommendations for dinner. Will definitely be back!

Andy was very easy to contact and was always happy to answer any questions to help at any time. His house is spacious and comfortable on a nice and quiet street. There is plenty of parking whether in the driveway or on the street. Thank you for the great stay Andy

I was quite impressed with the home. The home was as depicted, clean, comfortable and quite relaxing. Bedding is comfortable as well. The immediate area is quiet with an array of restaurants and shopping near by. Minutes from the expressway. Lisa is a wonderful host, professional yet personable. She left simple instructions and was available to respond to any concerns. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Perfect for our stay in West Hills....neighborhood was quiet and felt safe...we loved the hammock in the backyard and had plenty of seating for outside too. House was stocked with everything we need including a pack n play and a bath seat for my 6 month old grandson which was nice...kitchen was well stocked and loved the coffee they had...place was very easy to find and Alexis was great to communicate with...house is adorable...

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Great location, walking distance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was fantastic with great food and drink options. Anita communicated well and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice Beach!!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.
