Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Châtel-Saint-Denis

Ich schätze mich glücklich, diese stille Oase in den Weinbergen von Vallamand entdeckt zu haben. Naomi und Romain waren da, wenn ich sie brauchte und liessen aber genügend Privatsphäre, obwohl sie im gleichen Haus wohnen. Der Umgang war sehr angenehm. Das Studio ist für Singles mit Ruhebedürfnis wie auch für Pärchen ein perfekter Ort, um einen Tapetenwechsel zu erleben und dabei schönste Sicht auf den Murtensee und die Weinberglandschaft zu geniessen. Der Gartensitzplatz ist wie auf einer anderen Welt, die Einrichtung schlicht, aber sehr atmosphärisch gewält. Ein Denner ist in der Nähe über einen Spaziergang gut zu erreichen. Gerne würde ich ein ander Mal wiederkommen, denn ich fühle mich nach dem Aufenthalt wie neu geboren. Herzlichen Dank Naomi und Romain für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

c'est un endroit en bonne saison fantastique. la vision du lac tous les jours est un tableau vivant. S'y baigner sans une foule waouh. 2 bons restos. les fameux filets de perches du lac, avec vue un régal. petite bourgade où il fait bon séjourner. il y a plein de belles découvertes autour côté France ou Suisse.

Le logement d'Olivier a répondu à toutes nos attentes, il était très spacieux, très propre et très bien équipé, on s'y sent rapidement chez soi. Il est pensé pour des familles, on y trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour des enfants avec des jeux extérieurs et intérieurs. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Des petites attentions sont également appréciables, tel que le café, les petits chocolats et la corbeille de fruits frais à l'arrivée. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation.

Wir waren mit der Familie und der Grossmutter dort. Das Haus bietet genug Platz für alle :) Die Lage ist genial; in 2 Minuten am See (über die Weide). Grosse Terrasse mit Morgensonne! Die Reise haben wir mit dem ÖV gemacht. Das geht, der Bus fährt stündlich in beide Richtungen. Ohne Gepäck ist die Station in 20Min erreichbar, mit Gepäck eher 30Min.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La description du logement et des équipements est parfaitement conforme à la réalité. Vue magnifique sur le lac Léman. Le lieu est très agréable et calme, idéal pour un séjour reposant. On se sent comme à la maison. Jean Luc est un hôte très sympathique, bienveillant et arrangeant. Nous recommandons à 100%,vous ne serez pas déçus.

Nuestra estancia fue genial, Annie fue encantadora con nosotras, nos recogió a las llegada, se preocupo por explicarnos todo, estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, y la casa estaba genial, limpia, ordenada.... y sobretodo las vistas que tiene 😯, que hasta se puede ver la casa de Papá Noel desde su terraza. Nosotros éramos un grupo de 7 personas, 4 adultos y 3 niños, ella estuvo pendiente desde mucho antes de llegar y cualquier cosa que necesitamos ella hacia lo imposible por complacernos. Darle un diez sería poco ya que se merece muchisimo más, sin duda que repetiríamos y nos ha encantado poderla conocer, a ella y a su amiga Lilly, las dos un amor de personas 😍.

We liked the place and enjoyed the beautiful walks through the vineyards starting right behind the house. You can walk to Chaplin's Place in 25 minutes. The cable car station is also close by. From the top station you can do beautyful long walks. The place was very clean and well equipped. There was always a parking spot within a few hundred yards. The bedroom on second floor (steep stairs) offered nice lake views. The neighborhood is very quite with no through traffic. We would certainly come back again. Thanks Micha.

Superbe appartement, bien agencé, agréablement décoré, équipements haut de gamme (mobilier intérieur, extérieur, barbecue, électroménager, télé, wifi, vaisselle, linge de maison, garage, local à ski, etc.). Hôte disponible et discret à la fois. Centre village accessible à pied, vue magnifique. La location de vacances parfaite.

What an incredible retreat! This Airbnb stands out as my favorite for a reason. The stunning location offered an unparalleled view, a true 10/10 that provided the most serene backdrop for my much-needed downtime. It was genuinely the perfect place to completely recharge. The Airbnb itself had everything I could possibly need, whether for a short getaway or a longer stay. Rudolf was a flawless host, full of invaluable local insights that made exploration even better. I particularly enjoyed the gorgeous hiking trails accessible right from the property and the lovely stroll into town. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

This was by far the most satisfying accommodation during our trip to Switzerland. The apartment is beautifully designed, reflecting the host’s elegant and refined taste throughout. Everything was perfectly arranged and well equipped, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was excellent, and the spacious balcony offered a stunning view of the lake. Staying here made the end of our journey truly special.

Wir haben 5 Tage in St-Gingolph verbracht und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Dorf wirkt friedlich und die Einwohner sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist der absolute Hammer und wir haben die atemberaubende Aussicht auf den See jede Minute genossen, besonders den Sonnenuntergang und die Nachtstimmung. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet und wie beschrieben wurden von Benoît viele Dinge für unseren Sohn bereitgestellt (Baby-Reisebett, Hochstuhl, Geschirr, Becher, Besteck, Spielsachen). Die Lage der Wohnung war ebenfalls perfekt: In 1min erreicht man den Quai, in 3min den Spielplatz, in ca. 8min einen kleinen Badestrand. Ausserdem gibt es den Casino Shop mit einem guten Sortiment sowie eine Apotheke direkt neben der Wohnung. Herzlichen Dank an Benoît für die vielen liebevollen Details in der Wohnung, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay at Hélène and Saâd’s place. The view is breathtaking from every room and we couldn’t help taking pictures all the time. Saâd was very responsive and super friendly. The place is spacious and clean, and the garden is so beautiful. The photos don’t justify how beautiful it is. This is the best Airbnb place we have ever stayed in and every dollar is well worth it. We hope we will come back again in future.

This accommodation was so charming and cozy. Peter kindly picked us up from the train station and even dropped us off when we left. The view of the snowy mountains right outside the house was absolutely breathtaking—it looked just like a Windows desktop background! We also really enjoyed exploring Damtigen National Park with the free bus tickets provided. Everyone in the village was incredibly friendly and greeted us warmly, even though we were strangers. Lastly, the nearby local farm product fridge was such a great touch. Be sure to try the small butter portions and the caramel-flavored yogurt—they’re amazing!

Cet appartement est tout simplement magnifique! La vue panoramique sur le lac est magnifique. Les appartements eux-mêmes sont très propres, confortables et équipés de tout le nécessaire et même plus. We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!

A truly wonderful stay in the heart of the Swiss mountains. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Waking up to the breathtaking views each morning was a highlight. Der Aufenthalt in Merlin's "Wohntraum" war einfach fantastisch und verdient die volle Punktzahl - ein echter Geheimtipp! Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur stilvoll, sondern auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Ambiente ist absolut einmalig! Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die hochwertige Ausstattung: eine moderne, voll ausgestattete Küche, einw Walk-in Dusche mit Regendusche und die offene und grosszügige Raumgestaltung sind einmalig. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich der private Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse – perfekt zum Entspannen und einfach geniessen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Merlin, den Gastgeber – super freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit erreichbar. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme auf jeden Fall wieder!
