House near the highway exit, adjoining my property, 2 km from Châtel-Guyon in a small village in Auvergne, 2 bedrooms upstairs. On the first floor, kitchen open to the living room, sofa bed, bathroom, terrace. Sauna €10 for 30 minutes, up to 4 people. Swimming pool: 2 hours for guests staying 1 night and 4 hours for stays longer than 1 night; times to be agreed upon upon arrival. Located about 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and 40 minutes from Vichy. Do not contact me for day rental of the pool.

Very nice studio completely refurbished in a secure and quiet residence. You will enjoy views of the thermal park. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator access. It is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, Dolce gusto coffee maker. The tastefully designed bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower. The bed area is separated by a low wall from the living room area in which you will enjoy a TV with decoder. Towels and bed linen are provided

The house has been recently refurbished, it has on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with covered terrace opening onto a living/dining room + (cellar and toilet). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with terrace or balcony, bathroom, dressing room, toilet. A 382 m2 lot The house, due to its architecture, is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Indeed, before arriving at this peaceful retreat, there are stairs.

I am renting out my 135 m² house consisting of 3 bedrooms of 12 m² each, a living room/kitchen of 40 m², 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, a library, a dressing room and 2 play areas (including one for billiards). This accommodation also has a garden with swing and trampoline (ideal for families with children) as well as 2 terraces (one at the front of the house and another at the back with a 10 X 5 meter swimming pool, a pergola and a barbecue).
