Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Ou 'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Former stone flour mill, the property is on 2 hectares of land, including 1 hectare of water (UNSAFE body of water). Swimming and fishing are not allowed. The walks in the park will offer you the calm and silence of a sometimes century-old nature. Enjoy this peaceful retreat for a weekend, a family vacation.
