We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Phil and Emmanuelle were great hosts. When we arrived, they offered to drive us into Vence to show us around which was super helpful. We shared a drink with Phil as well as he told us about the area and gave amazing local recommendations. The property is very peaceful; a short 30ish minute walk to Vence, or to St. Paul de vence in either direction. We loved our stay. Recommended

Sylvie welcomed us very nicely although we were four hours late. We immediately felt comfortable in the very pretty garden, which was made and cared for with love. The apartment, which is very stylish and spiritually furnished, includes everything you need or could need. We gladly used the spa, especially in the blazing sun as it is in the house and offers a very nice view. A private parking space in the quiet private location complete the pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

David and Nathalie were true Superhosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our trip. Their hospitality really made our visit to Cannes even more special. Our second stay here. First in 2018. Great location on the beach and close walking to all you need in food and restaurants. Also close to train station so transport from Nice airport is easy enough. Can be a bit loud from beach on weekends but didn’t bother us. Apartment is very nice with great wrap around balcony. Always a nice cooling breeze off the Med. thumbs up from us.

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

Such a beautiful apartment and it’s just 5mins walk to the beach , super market , restaurants just few mins walk , moreover , 3 mins walk to train station that makes my trip a lot more easier , Jerome is such a nice gentleman and provide lots of suggestions , I definitely would come back again , thank you Jerome !

The accommodation is beautifully located in the mountains and offers fantastic views. The adjacent garden is excellent for relaxing. In general, it is an extremely quiet area, which is about an hour from Nice. Although the journey is a bit sporty, you get used to it after a short time. You should always have enough in the tank. Communication with Renaud was easy and he immediately offered his help if there were any questions. Finally, you can definitely recommend the place. This is especially true for people who enjoy nature and mountainous landscapes.

This was the most beautiful place. It was outside of Nice, which was absolutely what we needed. The beach was beautiful and we spent all day there. We were able to come back to a beautiful apartment. It was clean, smelled amazing, and had great location. I will be back!

The accommodation is really beautiful, we were pleasantly surprised because the photos do not do it justice because it is beautiful, the setting is relaxing and pleasant, there is no opposite and everything in the house allowed us to have a good time. Everything you need to cook and stay at home is there, which makes things a lot easier. I would 100% recommend and hope to return to this property to have another great time with my family. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

It is my 2nd time having my holidays with my friends at Aude’s villa. The experience is wonderful. It is totally private and spacious. Aude is a very warm host and communication is superb! Highly recommended to anyone looking to have a holiday with peace and privacy in south France!
