The ground floor is composed of a fully equipped 20 m2 living room and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs the 20 m2 bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed. The sofa bed on the ground floor completes the sleeping arrangements. Possibility of parking a car safely under cover.
