A great apartment for transit. The value for money is fine. It is clean and complete with a great bed. Conveniently, the car can park on private property and the bikes in a garage. The apartment is in a quiet suburb, a 30-minute walk from the center of Valence. Laetitia is most friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied.

Simon hosted us perfectly and proved to be very responsive to the slightest request. The house is superb and fully equipped, in a remote and quiet location. It's ideal for a few days of rest!

The accommodation is very cute, perfect for a few days as a couple in Ardèche. It's as described. Gloria's good humor and tips are a real plus. In these rainy days the accommodation was a little wet because of its construction on the rock side but I think it is not a problem in dry weather.

We had a wonderful time in the Ardèche, partly thanks to our cottage from Kirstin. Very cozily furnished, everything you need present, clean and tidy, and especially a beautiful environment.... you look from the bed through the shutters of the window to the beautiful valley in front of the house. Goats and donkeys in front of the house.... It's not going to be nicer! Nearby villages for your necessities and markets, beautiful hiking and biking routes, Via Dolce and a little more away Valence and Privas as larger cities to get around and have a bite and drink. Slightly further away, also beautiful: Avignon, Montpellier and fishing village Side. But we especially don't forget hostess Kirstin, super proactively present as needed, and always available. We thought it was by far the best AirBNB so far and will definitely be back!

A great stay in this cottage, ideal for reunions with friends. The cottage is peaceful and the scenery is beautiful, while not being too far from any shops. Barbara welcomed us with great attention. Very well-equipped accommodation, nothing is missing, toiletries, cleaning products, tea, coffee and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Charming, quiet and pleasant setting. It was great!

The accommodation is very well located, quiet, near a pretty river that can be accessed in less than 5 minutes. The outdoor table overlooking the garden is lovely. The bathroom is very small as is the TV but the kitchen is functional and well-equipped. Please note, there is an extra charge of €25 if you do not want to clean before leaving. It is a 10-minute drive to a village where you can rent bikes to go on the Dolce Via along the Eyrieux River and the Aquarock site which is really great for those who like zip lines and courses, here above the Eyrieux. Another advantage is that this house, while being very quiet - apart from the sound of the river - is close to a major road and ultimately relatively close to the highway. I would recommend this rustic home whose owner is very responsive.

Great stay at Anna and Claude's! Charming couple, very friendly and welcoming. The place is very peaceful in the middle of sunflower fields. The accommodation is very clean and very well-equipped. I highly recommend for families, there is everything you need for babies: baby bed, high chair,… and board games for children. The pool is very clean and very well maintained. Don't hesitate to go there!
