Very well located accommodation in the city center of Nantes while being quiet. Well laid out apartment with 3 beautiful bedrooms, you can feel at home as soon as you arrive! Julie is very responsive as soon as we have a request.

Emmanuelle was so helpful and lovely, apartment was very well situated and had everything we needed. Any messages that I had sent, she was very quick at responding and provided us great recommendations for our trip in Nantes. Would highly recommend staying with Emmanuelle!

An fabulous apartment in a beautiful example of the local timber-frame architecture. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are exactly as they appear in the photos. I would absolutely recommend this property (and will be). I would point out (for information only) that there can be street noise on some nights. (There are disposable earplugs provided by Michaël which is very thoughtful). Most nights during my stay were fine and remarkably quiet though. Also as this is an historic building there are quirks like the spiral staircase and uneven timber flooring in the access hall. For me this was part of its authentic charm but if you have mobility issues factor this in. Michaël was a professional throughout. I had a hiccup with my travel arrangements on the day, so my arrival was a couple of hours later than planned for. Michaël was responsive throughout and accommodated my changed arrival without issue. This was deeply appreciated (having endured a stressful afternoon).

Everything was perfect. Jean Pierre's apartment was very pleasant to live in. Jean Pierre responded quickly to our questions. It was a great time at Jean Pierre's, I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed staying at Cathy’s place - it’s a comfortable apartment in a great location. We appreciated the decorations in the apartment, the well-equipped kitchen, nice living spaces, good bed, and being able to walk everywhere. There’s a tiny bit of noise from the street at night with the bedroom window open, but otherwise it’s very calm.

I would highly recommend this apartment, it is very well located. The apartment is in the historic center and close to the tram.

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. The terrace with the jacuzzi in the middle of a wooded area was perfect for our family weekend, the small children were able to enjoy the large terrace and the wooded area. I would highly recommend this quiet and relaxing place, the hosts were responsive. Thanks to them, a very well-equipped house to host and feel good. Even the board games were thought of!! Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.

Very spacious and very clean apartment. Simple and effective communication with Guillaume and Paula, whom I did not have the chance to meet. Parking space has not always been available, but probably due to someone not respecting the spaces. I would this property. Christelle
