Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Château-d'Oex

very responsive and extremely helpfull with everything that I needed... the place is very cosy but most of all the view is amazing with the outdoor terrace...

We loved the place ! We used it as our base to explore Switzerland with a eurail train pass, did day trips to Zurich, Basel, Geneva, Lauterbrunnen, Thun, Interlaken and Bern. Walkable distance from the train station, also a beautiful walk in a pretty village circled by mountains. The place was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. Very friendly host, was responsive and gave clear instructions. We even had a binder explaining how to use the ameneties and with local recommandations. Would go back if I was to travel to Switzerland again !

Wir waren mit der Familie und der Grossmutter dort. Das Haus bietet genug Platz für alle :) Die Lage ist genial; in 2 Minuten am See (über die Weide). Grosse Terrasse mit Morgensonne! Die Reise haben wir mit dem ÖV gemacht. Das geht, der Bus fährt stündlich in beide Richtungen. Ohne Gepäck ist die Station in 20Min erreichbar, mit Gepäck eher 30Min.

Logement décoré avec beaucoup de goût, chaleureux et très bien équipé (beaucoup d'ustensiles à disposition). Propreté irréprochable, lit très confortable. Anthony et Lorane se sont montrés disponibles et accueillants et nous ont recommandés des restaurants. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour très agréable ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter :)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Fabrice! Der Ort ist absolut traumhaft gelegen, sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Alles war äusserst sauber und gepflegt, und die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet – stilvoll, gemütlich und einladend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. "Made with love" is the best way to describe Jean-Claude's and Marinette's beautiful place. The interior design and the view are gorgeous. Every time I thought I had forgotten something (scissors, travel adapter) I found it was already provided for. And there is even Ninja Cooker! Marinette made sure that I have everything I needed when I arrived and Jean-Claude messaged me straight away when he found I had forgotten some of my belongings, so I could return and collect them. During my stay I had all the privacy I needed and the internet was working perfectly. Thank you so much Jean-Claude and Marinette for your wonderful hospitality - I look forward to returning again!

We had a wonderful stay . Nelly and Heinz are very friendly and super nice hosts ❣️ We had everything we needed for a good stay. Spotlessly clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen , extra comfortable bed and peaceful surroundings with a beautiful view. It is located 800m high in a quiet area , yet it’s a short drive to the highway . They allowed flexible check-in and check-out , which was very good. We also got the Riviera card with lots of benefits. Highly recommended 📍

The accommodation was very beautiful, and the walk to Gstaad along the river was lovely. The only small thing we missed was that there was no parking space for a second car.

This accommodation was so charming and cozy. Peter kindly picked us up from the train station and even dropped us off when we left. The view of the snowy mountains right outside the house was absolutely breathtaking—it looked just like a Windows desktop background! We also really enjoyed exploring Damtigen National Park with the free bus tickets provided. Everyone in the village was incredibly friendly and greeted us warmly, even though we were strangers. Lastly, the nearby local farm product fridge was such a great touch. Be sure to try the small butter portions and the caramel-flavored yogurt—they’re amazing!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Marianne und Thierry. Das Haus ist sehr wohnlich, gemütlich und praktisch. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen das wir uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Der umzäunte für unseren Hund war mit unter ein Highlight und er hat es geliebt herumzutoben. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für alles, auch die tolle Kommunikation und hoffen bald wieder zu kommen.

Raphael & Beatrice's apartment is so unforgettable. The view is spectacular, one of a kind. The host is friendly and helpful. The materials and tools provided are so thoughtful. Shower gel, Shampoo, conditioner are available. You can simply move in with toothbrush and toothpaste. Kitchen is fully equipped, bringing raw foods is already fine. The balcony is the best I have ever visited, I enjoyed every sunrise there. Having breakfast in the balcony is like a dream. I would recommend this apartment to my friends. A brilliant spot to view the beauty of Switzerland.

Andrea's Airbnb was a nice 3-night stay for me in the middle of a much longer trip. I needed a place to decompress, do laundry, and recover from international flights and jetlag. Andrea's condo in Spiez was a spacious and convenient choice. The condo is a short walk from the picturesque town and the train station, and the neighborhood was very quiet while I was there. I agree with the suggestion to take the bus up the hill from the train station to the stop near the condo if you are carrying luggage or groceries. I also agree with reviewers that mentioned the lack of a microwave, which was OK for a short stay but I would miss if I rented for a longer time. The grocery store is near the train station and walkable. I will caution that almost everything in town is closed on Sunday, so if you arrive on a Saturday then pick up enough groceries to tide you over to Monday. There's a small convenience store at the train station if you have to buy on Sunday. I would stay here again.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Beni & Romy. Die Wohnung liegt idyllisch in den Bergen und nur unweit vom Bahnhof nach Zermatt entfernt. Sie ist sauber, geräumig und super ausgestattet. Romy und Beni sind tolle und sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We loved Eva Maria’s place! We were two couples traveling together and found the place roomy, clean and private. There was a wonderful outdoor balcony for coffee and wine. The view from the balcony was spectacular to wake up to each morning and for watching the sunsets. Walkable location to restaurants, mini mart and lakeshore. We enjoyed watching the goings on at the small soccer field right down the street which was viewable from the balcony - kids laughter and quiet neighborly chatter in the distance made for a warming and welcoming feel to the neighborhood.
