I offer you a recent, quiet and elegant duplex apartment that is totally individual, access is autonomous through the garden of my house. The neighborhood offers the A10, the Futuroscope, the Arena or the historic city of Poitiers within a 10-minute drive... Bus stop (Le Relais) 100 meters from the subdivision. Châtellerault can be reached in 25 minutes. Great for a business stay, a couple on a weekend at the Futuroscope or for an event at the Arena...

Completely refurbished to better accommodate you. There you will find a 160/200 king size bed with a natural bamboo mattress topper. Bath towels not provided. Bed linen, pillows, duvet, toilet paper and soap will be provided. Everything you need is there: microwave, coffee machine, fridge, full HD TV, dishes, cooking utensils. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Futuroscope, and has 1 free parking space. Non-smoking rental and no internet.

The apartment has a balcony as well as all the necessary equipment for a hassle-free stay, bed linen and towels are also provided in the accommodation upon arrival. Accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children, the sofa bed is too small for 2 adults. Very quiet and secure residence with free parking directly on site.

You can park stress-free in the parking lot dedicated to the tenants of the residence. Shops, services and restaurants are located within a surrounding perimeter of 5 km. Come and share this warm place alone, with 2 or up to 4 people.

The accommodation is located at the back of the Mercure Hotel with parking (free). It consists of a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes for 4 people. A 140 x 190 bed and a 130 x 190 sofa bed with Dunlopillo mattress. The studio was refurbished in August 2025. We provide the sheets (the beds will be made upon your arrival). For child safety reasons, bathroom and toilet locks are disabled.

Our apartment is located on the ground floor of an old mill, located on the edge of the river. The hamlet is 2 km to Châtellerault Sud, highway exit, just before Futuroscope. It is a very quiet place, surrounded by greenery and located by the river. The department of Vienna is rich in tourist sites. The apartment is cozy and completely redone with nice amenities. The owners will be there to greet hosts.
