The local countryside is great for walking, road or mountain biking. Within 10 minutes are the pretty market town of Ledbury, Eastnor Castle, and the wedding venue Birtsmorton Court. Great Malvern and the Three Counties Show-ground are 20 minutes and Cheltenham - home of the Gold Cup and literature and jazz festivals - is around 30 minutes.

The annex is prepared to a high standard and we respect your privacy leaving you to enjoy your stay. The annex has a free sat TV, fully fitted kitchen, tea, coffee and milk are provided along with a selection of biscuits, fluffy white towels, and a comfy new bed. The sofa can convert to a double bed if required. Free WIFI.

Guests can use our field too which has unrivalled views of the Severn Valley & Malverns for picnics, football, kite flying & star gazing etc. Fast BT fibre broadband , smart tv, dishwasher, washing machine, electric heating in each room ( no carbon monoxide detector necessary), gated parking. Second tv in the twin bedroom. We do not do same day turnarounds to enable enhanced thorough cleaning.

Spacious living area is ideal for people needing to work - The twin room on the second floor has a sloping roof and due to steep stairs is not suitable for children under 8 Coddington Vineyard is close to the market town of Ledbury and the Malvern hills are 15 mins away ideal for walking and cycling. It is light, spacious with large windows and doors to the patio. Original beams enhance it's character. 3 Good Food Pubs are within 1 mile. It is 20 minutes drive from M5 and 8 minutes from M50. Three Counties Showground hosting events all year is 15 minutes whilst medieval Tewkesbury, Ledbury market town and Malvern are 20 minutes drive.

Separate (50m) from the main house, and therefore offers great privacy. Some access to the garden.
