Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, not overlooked, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the highway entrance allowing you to easily travel through the Savoie territory. In case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a supplement on the stay of €10.

I rent my apartment on Airbnb when I'm away. It is located in a village near Lake Annecy and Switzerland. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, a kitchen open to the living room and a balcony with mountain views for a surface area of 60 m². Free parking is available on-site. The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by greenery The apartment is southeast-facing which allows you to fully enjoy the balcony even in summer.
