The house is spacious, bright and comfortable to stay in. The presence of the veranda is a plus. Very good hospitality and good responsiveness from the hosts.

I highly recommend this listing! Very clean and comfortable. Only positive things to say! Florence had taken care to light the pellet stove before I arrived so that the accommodation was heated after a day of outdoor sports.

Very well-kept house with large garden in a quiet area. Everything was available as described. Very clean! However, there is a seating area in the seat for a group of 6. Pool was a nice plus for in good weather. Some wineries within walking distance, were just a short distance from Chateau de Chambord and Orléans. In summary, a very nice stay!

I had a great few weeks in this apartment. It has everything you need with a sleek modern kitchen that included all the amenities. The apartment itself is compact and cosy with immediate hot water and heaters in all the rooms. Check-in was a breeze with instructions clearly laid out and hosts on hand to answer any questions with very fast response time. I would have liked for the bath to be useable as a bath but the host says only the shower is functional. The apartment complex is incredibly quiet and peaceful. It’s in a wonderful location right beside the river and the beautiful eglise saint-Martin and just a ten minute walk to the RER station. The best part was the access to two great bikes stored in the private outside area of the apartment. This made travelling to and from the centre of Etampes very quick. (10 min cycle). Otherwise the walk in would have been around 30 mins. I was delighted to have stayed in this apartment and I would definitely go back. Thanks Adrien and Sandra

lovely flat with a great host. Only issue is it's further to get into town than it would appear as Metro takes minimum 2 lines to get into town for about 40- 50mins and ubers are around slightly shorter at an average of 20-25 euros per journey

Very cozy small place. Exactly as you see in pictures. Perfect for a few days in town. With supermarket, bakery shop and bus stop 5min walking in a very quiet and super safe neighborhood. Nathalie was amazing, always responsive and very helpful. A place to recommend!

It was a great pleasure staying at Haeckel's place for the comfort and cleanliness of the place. Kamel was super friendly and polite as he explained everything in detail so we could feel at home. It's a 10 place with great hosts. Totally recommended

Just back from a few days in Paris and Versailles. The flat in Versailles is lovely, exactly as described and an easy 20 minutes walk to the chateau and the town centre, which has a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. many thanks Thierry.

Very clean accommodation 2 steps from the metro that takes you directly to central Paris. Quiet neighborhood and most importantly a parking space in the basement. The bedding is great, everything is perfect for a single person or couple. I'll think about coming back if I have to go to Paris again.
