Impeccable hosting and follow-up from our hosts! As if we were at home! The place is perfect! You're all set! The outside with the pool and pétanque court was excellent! What about the movie room? A pleasure to be able to disconnect for a weekend with friends in the little haven of peace! Thank you for everything Jérôme and Alix!

We had a great week at Katia and Christophe's as a family with two children. Their cottage is spacious, clean, carefully furnished and tastefully decorated by Katia. The place is perfect for relaxing in peace and enjoying the pool, BBQ, ping-pong table and petanque court. The pool is the centerpiece of their cottage with the possibility of covering it with a very practical sliding anti-UV shelter during the few days of extreme heat or cold that we had this week. A big thank you to Katia and Christophe for their kindness, responsiveness and understanding, they are excellent hosts that we had the chance to get to know better this week and that we highly recommend. Special thanks to their son for the pro magic workshop he offered to the children, they loved it 🤩 and are still practicing to improve their tricks. We can't wait to go back. 😊

We had an amazing weekend in this house in a quiet and pleasant setting! The place is just perfect, spacious and well-equipped. The garden is huge, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. We particularly appreciated the warm welcome of the hosts, who were available and responsive when needed. In summary, we highly recommend this house! Again, thank you for this beautiful experience.

Full kitchen amenities including an air fryer An extra bathroom would have been appreciated but really it's just a detail Simon and Lola are super responsive and accommodating I recommend it and plan to return.

We booked last minute with the kids for some peace and quiet. The house is immaculate…brilliantly equipped, with homely decor and everything you could need to make us feel at home. Didn’t have access to the pool so early in the year but it didn’t matter at all as there was so much provided for us all to do - bikes, ping pong, badminton etc. Francois and family were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. We’d recommend in a heartbeat and will do our best to get back in the summer.

A very nice house and services in all respects consistent with the description and photos! We had a great weekend. The house offered a lot of activities that allowed grandchildren to share memorable moments in beautiful conditions. We really appreciated the arrival and departure times, which allow you to fully enjoy the place, the welcome and the follow-up of Mikael. Verneuil sur Avre, very close, is a pretty town with a beautiful market and quality shops. The pastry shop, Le jardin des gourmandises has made a superb and delicious room mounted. I would recommend this house. We will not hesitate to go back.

The villa is really very friendly and the garden is huge and very well maintained. The bedding is also very comfortable. The veranda is super nice. Belinda's team is very friendly and attentive.

The whole family enjoyed our stay at Claire's house very much. Everything was absolutely perfect! The house, quietly located in the middle of the fields, is very clean, spacious, well arranged and well equipped. Nothing was missing at all. The terrace and garden are very nice, with the presence of adorable animals nearby. A big thank you to Claire for her warm welcome and for the generous welcome gift. We would recommend this beautiful house without hesitation and we will gladly go back!

Very good stay. Impeccable accommodation for holidays or for a business trip as was my case. Property located in a quiet little town which is relaxing without being too far from the cities of the region. Marjolaine is a very responsive and serious host.

Superb very well-equipped house, very well heated in winter. The main rooms are super inviting (and the fireplace is great!) and the garden is very large. We had a great time in Avignon!

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this accommodation that combines comfort, relaxation and conviviality, both for young and old. The outdoor space is simply ideal: large, well-appointed and above all designed for all ages. The kids loved the multitude of games available — of high quality, which is rare enough to be highlighted — while adults enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Inside, even pay attention to detail: a space dedicated to children, both young and old, allowed them to have fun while we enjoyed a moment of calm. The hot tub is a real plus, very well maintained, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The sauna is also great, a real wellness bubble. Host Anthony was great from start to finish: very kind, attentive, always available and responsive, which greatly contributed to the quality of our stay.
