The house is located in a park of extreme beauty, with magnificent trees, thousands of flowers, hundreds of birds and a group of ducks. All with a very nice and large swimming pool, heated. The house is well-decorated, very well-equipped. The vegetation, very dense in front of the house, completely isolates it from the rest of the property; the privacy is total, and makes this place a true haven of peace. The owners are lovely, both discreet and caring. Shops are numerous and varied, a little over 5 minutes' drive away. Thanks to Christophe and Sébastien for their warm hosting!

Very nice stay unfortunately of short duration, during which I was fortunately still able to enjoy the property and the services offered. The terrace is large, perfect for all types of moments you want to spend there (meals, relaxation...) the garden is very large and beautiful, you can walk there, observe the trees and listen to the birds singing. In addition, there is a view of a park with beautiful horses. I had a very pleasant time at Aurélie's, whom I thank, as well as my dog, who also took full advantage of it.

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

We had a great time with friends in this beautiful house perfectly suited for a group of 8 people and a baby. The house is spacious, very well-equipped and impeccably clean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is really convenient. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool, the stone barbecue for our outdoor meals as well as the many games available on site. Everything is designed to spend a friendly and relaxed time in the surrounding calm. We highly recommend this place and will gladly come back!

Very good stay at Christelle's apartment. It is very well equipped and its garden and veranda space offers a beautiful area for 5 people. With the good weather we enjoyed the plancha and... the cherries. This accommodation is well located for exploring around Chartres. To discover the center, it's best to take your car.

Great place, clean, quiet and spacious, not overlooked. Warm welcome from Soline, with charming little attention, full of tips for evolving in the area. The accommodation was beyond our expectations, nothing was missing, on the contrary everything is done to make our lives easier. We had a great time, with great weather. The cottage is very close to La Lair and it is the ideal location for visiting this refuge. A large lot allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors, even with raspberries available.
