Ideally located 5 minutes from Vulcania, 20 minutes from Puy de Dôme and 30 minutes from Clermont Ferrand. The trailer is located on my property. It has two 140 x 190 beds. "La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.

This sturdy, stylish accommodation is perfect for a nice overnight stay. The gîte is equipped with all necessary amenities. If you want to use breakfast, that is possible, you can book this. Outside you can enjoy the sun terrace, with a view over the meadow where the horses graze. The gîte is in a rural location, but a short distance from a restaurant, supermarket and the highway, A71 (10 minutes).
