MARIUS cottage (4 people), swimming pool in Drôme Provençale

This beautiful 4-person cottage has two terraces. One side faces the courtyard with the sun at the end of the day (the patio) and the other overlooks the pool. Old restored farmhouse, MARIUS mixes old period stones, a fireplace, a vaulted ceiling and the warmth of wood. This cottage gives access to several spaces: swimming pool open from June (depending on the weather) to September, ping pong room, petanque court, courtyard with darts, foosball,... and a mini soccer field

In the Drôme Provençale, on the edge of the charming village of Puy Saint Martin, "Chez Charles" welcomes you. Elegant detached house with private and heated pool, stunning views of the valley. You will have an equipped kitchen, a living area, a lounge area with a view, upstairs a master suite, XL shower, 160 cm bed, standard bedroom with shower and 2 twin beds. Beautiful wooden terrace around the pool, dining area under the awning, lounge area, deckchairs and BBQ.

Cozy studio

Furnished with materials combining wood, metal and plaster, we welcome you to this little cocoon where you will find: a bed for 2 people in the living room and 2 beds in the mezzanine. 2 adults + children. Access to the dormitory is via a securely moored chestnut ladder. You will also have all the amenities for cooking (fridge, oven and ceramic hob). In this space, one room will remain private. Linens, pillowcases and towels not provided (€15/bed extra charge).

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

My place is close to the village (1.5 km), perfect for couples and families with 2 or 3 kids or with 5 adult friends. On a 2000 m² fully enclosed plot with gate and flower gardens. Carefully renovated and rated 3 Stars. WIFI ACCESS HEATED POOL from May 1st to September 30th 1 hour from the Ardèche or Vercors gorges. Wine Route, Cote du Rhône, Châteaux de la Drome, town of Nyons, Nougats de Montélimar, Provençal landscapes, roads lined with lavender.

Combining traditional charm with modern comforts, it enjoys pleasant natural air conditioning. Nature and hiking lovers will be delighted. Local shops in the village 2 km away.

Located in the old part of the village, on a pedestrian street, this independent studio is quiet. The stone vault allows for freshness all summer. Underfloor heating for the winter. The surface area is 30 m2 with bathroom and kitchen. We walk to the river to swim and in the village you will find a bar, a bakery and a wine shop. Hiking trails start just above. Possible to take out a table to eat in front on the street.
