We booked this place with friends for a long weekend and we just loved this house! It is perfectly equipped, with a huge garden and above all a magnificent swimming pool. This house is perfect for 8 people with the possibility of each having a large bedroom and several toilets and bathrooms to share. And communication with Florence was extremely fluid and simple. We'll be happy to go back!

We were with a group of friends for the annual bouldering in Tony's accommodation and were more than satisfied with our stay😊! A great house with all kinds of specials and everything your heart desires. We spent a lot of time in the large living area, as well as on the cozy balcony in the courtyard and the garden area and felt very comfortable! 😊 Communication with Tony was great, check-in and check-out were easy and straightforward! We had a very pleasant stay (3 nights) for 7 people (5 adults and 2 teenagers) The house is large enough for 8 people, We really enjoyed the 2 separate bedroom spaces on each side of the living room (we were a group of friends with a family and 3 adults). The layout is ideal for separating 2 families, for example, Parking in the garden in front of the house is easy and spacious (we had 2 SUVs), it's an essential criterion in our searches for weekends with friends, The accommodation met 100% of our criteria, I highly recommend this listing,

We can say that this cottage is a prestigious cottage, very clean, bright, furniture and appliances of very good quality, with a large wooded plot and a beautiful equipped terrace. We were delighted to spend 15 days at Anthony's, a house very close to local shops and the city of Auxerre. A small note, for us northerners, we were missing coffee cups or mugs. A big thank you for this stay that we will repeat if health allows. F.H.

We had a great time at Philippe and Jennifer's. These are very kind, discreet and caring hosts. We had a great welcome from Philippe, with gourmet welcome gifts. Great for exploring between Sancerrois and Auxerrois. The accommodation is very comfortable (fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, large master bedroom) and the park is absolutely beautiful, justifying the stay on its own (sheep in residence, deer and even wild boars and foxes passing through). Yvan is a very considerate host who provides bicycles (mountain bikes in very good condition), perfect for reaching the many lakes and crisscrossing the Puisaye. Numerous hiking opportunities also around the property. A great option to discover this wonderful region.

An ideal single-storey house with very large rooms. (Big plus) Clean with comfortable bedding. The hostess is kind and welcoming and happily advises on sightseeing tips. The very early passage of cars near the house would be the weak point. But that doesn't spoil the vacation. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for this house, Catherine.

There were 5 of us and it was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom area. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room cozy and the terrace quiet and inviting to relax. Everything was clean. There was nothing to complain about. We highly recommend it.
