Velkommen i vores lille træ-tophytte lavet af genbrug! Hytten ligger 6,2m oppe med udsigt til markerne. Den er 4,4 m2, isoleret med el og varme, der er te-køkken og en sovesofa, som kan slås ud til en 123 cm bred/ 190 cm lang seng med god madras. Der er to terrasser til hytten - én udenfor og én ovenpå. Der findes rindende vand udenfor hytten og nede er der et campingtoilet med håndvask. Mit lille skæve træhus, vil give Jer mulighed for ro - Slap af i denne unikke og hyggelige bolig. I vil have Dyrehaven, Bellevue strand og Klampenborg station i få minutters gåafstand - og dermed være i centrum af København med alle dens kunstmuseer og fristelser på 15 min med Kystbanetoget. Min frodige have og skønne træterrasse er oplagt til stille stunder og div hygge med ell uden markisens skygge. Endvidere rummer mit hus, masser af ældre hyggelig indretning + træterrasse også på 1.sal.

House in Charlottenlund close to seashore

Welcome to our house built in 1914, it is 340kvm and a perfect house for a family and friends gathering. We have a big garden and barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and one toilet. In two of the bedrooms we have 180x200cm beds and the rest has 140x200cm beds. We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share.

Huset ligger i skønne rolige naturomgivelser ned til Esrum Å. Fra huset er der udsigt til have, Å og marker. Ved siden af huset ligger hovedhuset hvor der somme tider kan være nogen. Huset står flot med lækkert køkken og bad og alt hvad et hus skal have. 10 min gang fra skøn sandstrand. Huset har udover en stor dobbeltseng til 2 personer en 140 cm boxmadras på hemsen. Der er fri adgang til kajakker, SUP, bålsted, cykler og fiskestænger. Nyt VILDMARKSBAD og ISBAD er mod betaling.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

With plenty of space this beautiful and very "hyggeligt" summer house has five bedrooms including a separate guest house with a full bathroom. A relatively new house with stylish vintage charm and only a short walk or bike ride to the beach and downtown Hornbæk.
