Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (6 und 1,5 Jahre alt) in dem Haus und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt auch ein paar Spielsachen und beispielsweise auch DVDs für Kinder. Da unsere Tochter beim Einschlafen nur Dunkelheit gewohnt ist, mussten wir da ein wenig improvisieren, Margit hat uns aber direkt Decken zum Abdunkeln des Schlafzimmers zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei der Ankunft haben uns kleine Willkommens-Geschenke erwartet, das kam bei uns allen, vor allem bei unserem Sohn, sehr gut an. Ein wunderschöner Spielplatz ist zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Attraktionen gibt es mehr als genug in der Gegend, ein Auto ist sicher von Vorteil. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und waren uns diese Unterkunft für künftige Besuche in der Gegend auf jeden Fall merken! Margit war immer schnell zu erreichen und sehr freundlich, im Sommer kann man auch schön draußen sitzen 😊

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende dort, das Haus ist super gemütlich, der Holzofen ist toll und die Sauna auch - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Ein sehr schönes Loft in einer tollen Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und von hier aus zahlreiche Ausflüge gestartet.

This place was what we were looking for in a quiet wooded area. It was close to friends and family, as well as to shopping and other amenities. The house was well equipped, clean and pleasant to use. The one significant drawback we noticed was that the sleeping areas are located up a very steep spiral staircase without railing or handgrips. We used the pull-out couch downstairs for sleeping, while our young adult children had the whole upstairs to themselves. In general, the house entirely met our expectations and we would stay there again.

Wir waren auf Anhieb begeistert! Das Haus war sehr sauber und total süß hergerichtet! Die große Grünfläche, war für unsere Kinder optimal und auch die Hühner waren ein Highlight für die zwei. This place really exceeded our expectations and pictures don't really capture how peaceful and serene it feels. You have a cottage at the back of a large apartment building on a quiet street. For Berlin, it is extremely quiet and it was great to hear the birds in the morning. The living room has great light with large windows and skylights. The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of space-- great if you are doing an extended stay. Kitchen had enough utensils to cook. Shower was great. Plus to have a washing machine. It was early spring so we couldn't use the garden, but in the summer, it would definitely be an oasis from warm days. It was very thoughtful for Simon to provide some breakfast items in addition to coffee/tea -- there was milk, margarine, butter, jam, bread. Simon was a great host -- very responsive, warm, and helpful, but also hands off in a way that made you feel like you were staying at a friend's place. We would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten einen herrlichen Aufenthalt in Thomas wunderschönen Künstlerhaus. Alles ist sehr liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wie zuhause fühlt. Die Räume sind hell und groß, sodass man selbst in einer größeren Gruppe immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen für sich findet. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

good place to spend the holiday

Eine tolle Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Gegend mit direktem Wald in der Nähe. Es ist mit dem PKW nicht weit bis Berlin, Potsdam, Beelitz oder gar in den Spreewald. Überrascht wurden wir mit Getränken im Kühlschrank und einem Korb mit Süßigkeiten - das fanden wir toll. Die Wohnung war sauer, schön eingerichtet und alles was man so braucht war vorhanden. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles war super! Die Unterkunft war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen im schönen Prenzlauer Berg. Der Check-in lief reibungslos und die Kommunikation war freundlich und unkompliziert. Klare Empfehlung – gerne wieder!

Excellent location, within ten minutes walk to two train stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. We were delighted to discover Marlene Dietrich was born just around the corner! Gerhard was very responsive and would check in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as giving suggestions for places to go. Very quiet neighborhood, and a sweet view of the courtyard/garden in back from the kitchen window ... plenty of birds and squirrels kept us entertained!

It was one of the best AirBnbs we have stayed at. The whole place was clean, had all the right set of equipment needed for a week's worth of stay and the host was pretty responsive as well. Special thanks to them for making Berlin memorable for us. The area is a great place if you're looking to stay away from the hustle of the city but still want it to approachable. Good water spots, parks and grocery stores nearby. Worth it, would love to come again! :)

Great flat with an amazing rooftop view and views from the apartment. Interesting quirks all over the apartment, a pleasure to stay in and base yourself whilst exploring Berlin. A helpful relaxed host to top it all off.

Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Man ist sehr privat und gleichzeitig ist der Gastgeber immer erreichbar. Mirco ist ein super Gastgeber der alles ausführlich erklärt und gerne Tips für die Umgebung gibt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann Gastgeber und Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war herrlich, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles da, was man zum Wohlfühlen benötigt. Die Lage in Berlin-Mitte ist top; das Viertel ist herrlich mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und kleinen Läden. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß oder auch problemlos mit ÖPNV erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt … jederzeit wieder gerne.

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Andreas's apartment. Very close to two U-bahn stations make the city very accessible, there were also loads of great places to eat and nice bars nearby. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay!

Eric's appartement is more than perfect to stay in. An absolutely stunning penthouse flat with views over the rooftops, any amenity you can think of, a beautiful well equipped kitchen, comfy bedroom and a large bathroom. I could only stay for a few days, but I felt right at home. Eric was very responsive and very kind. I will happily come and stay again next time I am in Berlin. Thank you!
