Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf

We stayed at the house with our children (6 and 1.5 years old) and felt comfortable. The house is well equipped and lovingly furnished. There are also a few toys and, for example, DVDs for children. Since our daughter is only used to darkness while falling asleep, we had to improvise a little, but Margit provided us directly with blankets to darken the bedroom. Upon arrival, small welcome gifts were waiting for us, which was very well received by all of us, especially our son. A beautiful playground is a two minute walk. Attractions are more than enough in the area, a car is certainly an advantage. We were more than satisfied and definitely remember this place for future visits to the area! Margit was always quick to reach and very friendly, in summer you can also enjoy sitting outside 😊

We had a nice short break in the countryside and were able to enjoy the time at the lake, in the sauna, in front of the fireplace and in the garden very much.

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

This place was what we were looking for in a quiet wooded area. It was close to friends and family, as well as to shopping and other amenities. The house was well equipped, clean and pleasant to use. The one significant drawback we noticed was that the sleeping areas are located up a very steep spiral staircase without railing or handgrips. We used the pull-out couch downstairs for sleeping, while our young adult children had the whole upstairs to themselves. In general, the house entirely met our expectations and we would stay there again.

We were thrilled right away! The house was very clean and totally sweetly decorated! The large green area was optimal for our children and the chickens were also a highlight for the two. Jens and Tanja are very kind and friendly hosts. We will be happy to come back! Kind regards from Frankfurt

This place really exceeded our expectations and pictures don't really capture how peaceful and serene it feels. You have a cottage at the back of a large apartment building on a quiet street. For Berlin, it is extremely quiet and it was great to hear the birds in the morning. The living room has great light with large windows and skylights. The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of space-- great if you are doing an extended stay. Kitchen had enough utensils to cook. Shower was great. Plus to have a washing machine. It was early spring so we couldn't use the garden, but in the summer, it would definitely be an oasis from warm days. It was very thoughtful for Simon to provide some breakfast items in addition to coffee/tea -- there was milk, margarine, butter, jam, bread. Simon was a great host -- very responsive, warm, and helpful, but also hands off in a way that made you feel like you were staying at a friend's place. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Thomas' beautiful artist's house. Everything is very lovingly and personally decorated, so you immediately feel at home. The rooms are bright and large, so even in a larger group you can always find a quiet place for yourself. Thank you for the wonderful time!

A great place to stay in a quiet area with direct forest nearby. It is not far by car to Berlin, Potsdam, Beelitz or even to the Spreewald. We were surprised with drinks in the fridge and a basket of sweets - we thought that was great. The apartment was sour, nicely furnished and everything you could ever need was available. We felt very comfortable there.

Excellent location, within ten minutes walk to two train stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. We were delighted to discover Marlene Dietrich was born just around the corner! Gerhard was very responsive and would check in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as giving suggestions for places to go. Very quiet neighborhood, and a sweet view of the courtyard/garden in back from the kitchen window ... plenty of birds and squirrels kept us entertained!

It was one of the best AirBnbs we have stayed at. The whole place was clean, had all the right set of equipment needed for a week's worth of stay and the host was pretty responsive as well. Special thanks to them for making Berlin memorable for us. The area is a great place if you're looking to stay away from the hustle of the city but still want it to approachable. Good water spots, parks and grocery stores nearby. Worth it, would love to come again! :)

Lovely apartment with delicious thoughtful touches. Very clean. Lovely beds Perfect location with walking distance to landmarks and cozy cafes. Please note that there is a cozy bunker museum on the same road that houses modern art. Highly recommend!

Perfect location to travel as a couple. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen had everything you need for a short trip. The Spree was very close, and shopping was directly across the street. For us, it was a successful Berlin trip with this accommodation❣️

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Andreas's apartment. Very close to two U-bahn stations make the city very accessible, there were also loads of great places to eat and nice bars nearby. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay!

Eric's appartement is more than perfect to stay in. An absolutely stunning penthouse flat with views over the rooftops, any amenity you can think of, a beautiful well equipped kitchen, comfy bedroom and a large bathroom. I could only stay for a few days, but I felt right at home. Eric was very responsive and very kind. I will happily come and stay again next time I am in Berlin. Thank you!
