Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. Plus a pull-out bed if everyone wants to sleep separately. We live next door, no key problem, also the arrival time does not matter. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Free parking. Please no "youth parties".

Just 2 min away, there is a pretty lake. The house has parking place free of charge. A big Supermarket Netto is at the trainsstation where you can take a Regional Train to Berlin city centre twice an hour. The place is perfect for Nature Lovers, as there are many lakes in short distance around the area.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
