Vacation rentals with lake access in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf

Kiki's place is beautiful, calm and peaceful. She was friendly, helpful and accommodating even before we checked in. The kitchen and common areas are spacious, with excellent amenities for cooking meals and relaxing and spending time together. All bedrooms look towards the lake, and provide privacy. The house looks into the lake, and the sauna is a short walk away from the dock (where you can jump in!) The experience was wonderful, and even better than what we'd imagined when booking. Nice place, very private.

Beautiful and spacious location. There were two of us, but you can feel free to stay there with 4 people. Also child-friendly with gate closed. Very clean and tidy upon entering. Nothing is missing and we'd love to come back sometime. We were well received and everything was neatly explained. Parking right outside the door. The path is unpaved.

As an extended family, we spent Christmas in the holiday barn. The location, decor and amenities are perfect for this. We particularly enjoyed the very generous space, the beautiful well-equipped kitchen and the sleeping area with 5 mini apartments that you can retreat to. This was already our second and certainly not last stay. Even a beautiful Christmas tree was made available to us by the very nice landlord.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was even more beautiful than the photos—spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin City or area and we’d love to return in the future. We had a nice time at Christian's place. The apartment has everything you need, is close to the beautiful lake and surrounded by forest. Fantastic and idyllic. Highlighted is the great terrace with BBQ and the spacious outdoor area. Perfect for kids! Christian is a great host and also the neighbor upstairs is extremely nice. We were amazed by the strong room scent, but after we banished the room scent dispenser in the closet, it was okay with us after ventilating. We highly recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

The stay in the Havelhäuschen was very nice all around. The communication in advance was perfect (very friendly and open), the check-in easy, the house well equipped and lovingly furnished. And it is located directly on the Berlin-Copenhagen cycle path😊!!! If the weather had played along, we would have jumped directly into the Havel, paddled around with the SUP and ended the day comfortably in the garden. Instead, we were at the delicious Italian place around the corner!

Great large, natural property with direct water access and charming house where we felt very comfortable. We were there with two people and a big dog. Property is completely fenced, so our dog was able to stay outdoors a lot. The home furnishings do not miss anything. The cleanliness was very good in all rooms. Kathrin was a super hostess and if there was a question she responded immediately.

For my purposes, an internship at BER Airport, super suitable (20 min by car). Super quiet environment with beautiful location on the lake, ideal for running or taking a walk. The room and bathroom were very clean and the amenities were very good. The only thing that was missing a bit (due to the size of the room also difficult to implement) was a slightly larger (clothes) closet or storage space. Communication with the landlords and also the neighbors was super nice.

What a beautiful apartment! It is a little apartment but it felt really spacious and comfortable. Not far away from it, there is a grocery store where you can get all what you need and there is also a park right at the river side, great for walks or just to chill and enjoy the weather John was a great host, very friendly and responsive. Hope we can visit again soon!

This was our second time staying here and it was the perfect getaway for NYE. Lots of routes to walk in the woods around the property with our dogs and a cozy fireplace in the living room. Highly recommended.

I was very happy to meet Martin. He is a very honest, kind, and reliable person. His house was absolutely perfect — very clean, tidy, and well-organized. Martin was always helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. This was honestly one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. I had a nice stay at this apartment in Berlin. The place itself was cozy, located in a quiet neighborhood with good food options nearby and a grocery store just down the street. It’s not very close to the main tourist areas, but public transportation is easily accessible and made getting around simple. The host thoughtfully provided essentials like extra towels and even an umbrella, which was very appreciated. The only downsides were that the bed had a strange smell and the pillows weren’t very comfortable. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and a good option if you’re looking for a quieter area with easy access to the city.

The apartment is an attic apartment in the middle of Friedrichshagen. It worked for us.

Very memorable Christmas experience. The house is tidy and warming. The rooms are well-equipped. At the balcony you can have a great view of the lake. Although the house is a little hard to find and Google Map sometimes give the wrong station to get off at, Carlos has provided us with detailed information of the route. What I like the most is the shower curtain featuring the periodic table lol. It is literally the same type of the tv series The Big Bang Theory! In all, it's a magical place to live in. (especially for students in physics and chemistry)

Living in the house is like traveling back in time, very old, full of history and very comfortable. We had a great time, thank you!

As a family with three children and dog, we enjoyed the accommodation very much. Walking to the S-Bahn through the forest no problem, rather an adventure when it becomes later from Berlin. The important things are really clean: bathroom, kitchen. Comfortable beds, and totally cozy under the roof. Oven turned on quickly and warms everything. In the living room, a lot of books. Our son read through the comics. Except for our youngest, we have all seen wild boars at the house. For this, she collected and left the ladybugs free under the roof. Overall everything very reduced to the essentials in great natural surroundings, which did us very well. Thank you Maarten!

We had a wonderful vacation with Kerstin and Jörg and will definitely be back. We felt at home and were helped when needed. The garden directly with lake access is a dream and especially in autumn the sauna and the fireplace were great. Just the right thing to relax :)
