Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf

Meine Freunde und ich haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt. Matthias hat das Haus sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und es gab vor Ort wirklich alles was wir brauchten, zB in der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche. Alles war sehr sauber und die Anbindung zu dem Haus ist wirklich gut, vom Berliner Zentrum ist man mit der U-Bahn und dem Bus schnell beim Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Matthias war einfach, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit. Ich kann das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig und sehr schön gelegen, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Insbesondere Potsdam ist mit dem Fahrrad durch den Wald gut erreichbar. Edith und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Ein Urlaub im Stahnsdorf it absolut empfehlenswert.

Ich war schon öfter mit meinem Dackel zu Besuch und wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Gemütlich, sauber, alles da was das Herz begehrt und zentral gelegen für unsere Zwecke.

Whg. ist sehr gut an öffentliches Verkehrsnetz angebunden, ist trotzdem ruhig, hat eine gute Atmosphäre, Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit unserer Wahl vollkommen zufrieden.

Die Wohnung ist in der Beschreibung optimal beschrieben und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Hilda ist eine sympathische Vermieterin. Das Bett war der Hammer. Ich habe seit Jahren nicht mehr so gut geschlafen. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. 10min Fußweg zur Ringbahn

Uwe war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Was mir besonders gut gefallen hat, war die Lage in der Nähe vom Ku'damm, aber ruhig mit einem sehr guten Angebot an Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants. ÖPNV war sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat alles geboten, es fehlte mir nichts.

This is a great neighbourhood - a few mins walk to the train and just a wee bit longer to the bus - but that's also where there are heaps of shops and a great supermarket. The local Saturday market was a highlight and we enjoyed the local cafe with jazz we stumbled across on Sunday night. The apartment is well designed and equipped - I loved it. Beautiful linen on the beds - big comfortable beds, fresh flowers, good range of condiments. The location and being on the ground floor were the deal breakers. Im already planning my next stay (and will remodel my pwn bathroom based on this very funky one). We stayed 7 nights and the weekend (Fri/Sat) very noisey lots of street noise - however otherwise very peaceful. I'm already planning on how to come back.

This was my second stay at Ulrike’s apartment, and I would certainly visit again! The apartment is clean, in a wonderful location, and has everything you need for a pleasant trip. Ulrike goes above and beyond to be accommodating and even leaves snacks, water, and fresh flowers to greet you upon arrival. I can’t recommend it enough!

Appartamento comodo, in zona tranquilla e collocato in una zona dove ci sono negozi vari ristoranti, caffè e supermercati (uno aperto fino alle 22.00) e una fermata del metrò. Il signor Adler è molto gentile e risponde prontamente ad ogni comunicazione.

Da zu der Wohnung noch wenige Bewertungen existieren, bin ich etwas ausführlicher. Die Wohnung wurde wohl neu renoviert, Möbel, Einrichtung, Bad sind nagelneu und sehr hochwertig. Die Küchenzeile hat einen Herd, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und ist mit Geschirr und Besteck gut eingerichtet. Das absolute Highlight ist der Kaffeevollautomat, der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Auch sonst fehlt es nicht an Details wie verschiedenen Sorten Tee und Duschgel. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl. Sie war auch ausgesprochen sauber. Internet war zuverlässig und schnell. Im Vergleich zu anderen zu Wohnungen umgebauten Läden hat Benjamin Klima und Belüftung sehr gut in den Griff bekommen. Neu angebrachte Thermofolien an den Fenstern sorgen für angenehme Temperaturen. Die Lüftung im Bad funktioniert gut. Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt sind in direkter Nachbarschaft. Der Bus braucht 15min zum Hauptbahnhof. Ich kann die Wohnung und den Gastgeber rundherum empfehlen.

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Great stay! The area was very walkable. Theres a beautiful park, shops, and things to do right around the corner.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Simon, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as stated and shown in the photos. All the amenities we needed and more were provided. The place was super clean, comfortable, beautiful, and close to most, if not all, key locations. Frank was great and very helpful. We especially loved the orange juice! Totally recommend!!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

Spent 2 night at Simon’s house. Everything was as described. The house is right behind a bus stop. The kitchen had everything we would need. It was warm inside the house but there were fans. Would recommend to my friends.

I don’t even know where to start. 100/5 stars. This was the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Erzsebet and Andreas are simply lovely. It really was like staying with my grandparents. There is a lovely garden and the location is super quiet, yet very convenient to the airport. I rode there in around 30 minutes. It takes about an hour on Public Transit to the city centre. The flat is spacious and comfortable. The kindness and generosity of the hosts is absolutely amazing. Maybe I looked skinny after 10 weeks of Bikepacking - food kept magically appearing. Plenty of grocery and restaurant options in the immediate area. No issues with me having a bicycle with me either.
