Die bequemen Sofas vor dem 58-Zoll-Smart-TV mit Netflix, Disney+, RTL+ u.v.m. laden zum Entspannen ein. Das Schlafzimmer mit Arbeitsecke verfügt über ein Wellnessbett. Im Spatzennest finden oft Kinder ihr Reich. Das Bad verspricht unvergessliche Abende.

It’s my dream apartment . More than a 100 meter of a clean top DANISH design. we used High standards materials , local craftsman and furnitures made locally. All the equipment and electric machines are of high quality. Special Local art completes the picture. The apartment is quiet on one hand and on the other hand very close to the water canal , open markets and restaurants. Using the kitchen, the jacuzzi or relaxing on the sofa or on the green porch I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.

Beautiful and quiet Altbau apartment, tucked away in a peaceful back house while still being within easy reach of the vibrant energy of Neukölln and the surrounding neighbourhoods. Inside the apartment, you'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen, cozy bedding, and a comfortable living area. It's a great base from which to explore the city and make the most of your time in Berlin. There is free parking on some of the streets surrounding the apartment!
