Monthly Rentals in Charlotte center city

The place is just like photos, the room gets a lot of light and was comfortable. The apartment is spacious and all the rooms felt very clean! The only thing to keep in mind is if you’re a light sleeper it’s by an intersection and it can be noisy at night.

I had a wonderful stay in this space.! It looks just as described and was very clean and free of clutter. The kitchen was stocked extremely well for an extended stay. Most of all, Spencer was a phenomenal host and was extremely kind and responsive. I hope to visit this space in the future.

Loved Kirsti & Jake’s place! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. A little loud being off a busy road, but wasn’t a problem. Short drive to South End and NoDa where we spent a lot of time.

I spent four weeks at this spacious and comfortable apartment while working in Center City. There is a grocery store in easy walking distance, a great coffee shop a block away. Though it is next to the highway it's pretty quiet and supplies a nice white noise at night. Rachel was quick to respond if I needed assistance, which was rare. Next time I come to Charlotte I will look to see if this place is available.
