On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

In a green and relaxing setting, lovers of the countryside will appreciate the charm of this comfortable cottage, located on the edge of the Perche state forest, where there are many monasteries including the Notre Dame de la Trappe abbey. Single-storey percheron farmhouse: living room with equipped kitchen, living room with 1 step (stove – wood provided, sofa bed for 2 people (sheets not provided), TV, desk), bedroom (bed for 2 people 160 x 200 cm – sheets provided) on the ground floor, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bathtub), toilet.

This wooden architect's house, located on the edge of the Perche forest on a beautiful 10,000 m2 plot bordered by trees, can accommodate 4 people. Very quiet, immersed in nature (the passage of roe deer is frequent and the birds are at home), it also offers all the comforts for a serene stay. It is ideal for a family as well as a group of friends or a solo stay away from the world. It consists of an open volume of 42 m2 + mezzanine of 9 m2.
