This cottage offers you a place to rest and the opportunity to discover the Perche Natural Park. The heated pool is shared with the owner who lives on the estate. The pool is closed from October to the end of May depending on the weather. Possibility to accommodate your horses in the meadow and ride them in the small arena or on a walk. Elle est située à 900 m du centre-bourg, dans un hameau de 3 maisons en bordure de forêt, et permet de rejoindre les commerces de proximité (boulangeries, pharmacie...) à pied, et de partir direct en balade dans la forêt de Perche Trappe. Le tout à 15 min de Mortagne, à 2 heures de Paris via la N12, et à 10 min de la base de loisirs nautiques de Soligny.

In this 4-hectare estate, the seat of a family home, La Petite Maison, a former bakehouse, has been renovated with attention to raw and natural materials combining comfort and respect for old buildings. On the agenda: visiting the farm animals, picking fruit and vegetables from the garden, swimming in the summer, and comforting fires in the stove in winter.

Our family country house is located in the quiet of a small hamlet in the middle of the fields. In fine weather, enjoy the heated pool (accessible from early May to late September). In the fall and winter, come and warm up by the fireplace. A good starting point to visit the Perche Regional Park and why not spend a day in Cabourg. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. House for 8 people We are ideally located in the Golden Triangle of Le Perche: 15 min. from Mortagne, 15 min. from Bellême. Right in the center of the natural park and forest of Valdieu-Réno. The house faces a barn in a large protected courtyard with a garden and an adjoining meadow available.

Nestled in the hollow of a river, in the Perche, near hiking trails and castles, our cottage is ideal for a relaxing weekend: after visiting the region by bike, on foot or by car, you can relax in the spa, enjoy "light therapy" to the sound of soft music, contemplate nature. Then comfortably seated on the terrace at sunset or on the sofa in front of the Norvegian stove, taste the Perche products with family or friends.

Gîte des Charmilles in the Perche in Normandy

Our 135 m2 cottage is adjoining our home. It is a 1880 Percheron farmhouse restored on a one hectare park with heated indoor pool (8 m x 5 m) accessible free of charge from April to end of September. The single-story accommodation was restored in 2020 and comes with full amenities. Sleeps 6 + a baby (free equipment on request). Bookings: weekly during school holidays or for 2 nights minimum outside school holidays.
