This is a working Texas Longhorn Ranch, this apartment is separate from the house, with entry private. Has a small wet bar, Living area looks out to pasture and has a sleep sofa, small kitchenette, with refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom has shower big enough for two. The ranch has a private gated entry. We are a working ranch so if you inquire and we don'trespond for 6 or 8 hours it is noisy on tractor and around cattle so be patient. Hello, and welcome to The Loft on Alamo ! Come, unwind, and relax in this spacious floor plan of 400+ square feet and fully furnished. It is located on my property above a double garage. It has 1 king size bed, a closet, full size bathroom, and a kitchenet with sink, 2-burner stove, a fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. It also has a Smart TV and WiFi. There can be NO SMOKING. You will also have your own private deck and private entrance to the stairway leading up to the loft.

Originally delivered as a kit house, delivered by train to Cat Spring and built in 1926, the Almita house was fully restored in 2019. It has real hardwood floors and shiplap walls along with original wood windows along with the features of a modern kitchen with electric range and bathroom with tile floor.
