The private studio is located in an exceptional place, in connection with the nature and horses. Old farmhouse

The house is located 3 kilometers from the village of Chevillé, in the countryside, in the middle of the fields. The accommodation that is offered for rent is an old barn that we have completely transformed and restored. It offers the charm of the old and offers the comfort of modernity for 4 to 6 people (including 2 to 4 children), in a quiet environment, with a 5000 m2 enclosed garden and a small pond. Boat accommodation, magical view

Escape for one or more nights in this beautiful houseboat in an exceptional setting. Located 15 minutes from Angers (Montreuil-Juigné), on the Mayenne River, this 2024 "Houseboat" of 24 m² (54 m² with terraces) is very comfortable: electric heating, reversible air conditioning, shower room, living room, 2 bedrooms and a roof terrace of 18 m² overlooking the river with exceptional views! The boat is not available for navigation

The common wine press gîte

The common press is an outbuilding located in the garden of our house (a typical village farm in Sarthe dating from the 16th century). The entry is independent but we want to personally welcome each person. You can stay there as in a cottage or as in a guest room. Simple and rustic, the accommodation includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. A sofa bed can be unfolded for two extra people.

Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Beautiful renovated house, 75 m2, in the middle of the village of Chantenay-Villedieu, with small private garden. Everything is within walking distance: shops, lake, walks... House equipped to live there as at home (kitchen equipment, wifi, cleaning products, etc.) We live across the street and are happy to inform you if necessary. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The relaxation chalet

A 28 m² chalet on the edge of the Sarthe, quiet, for 2 people. It consists of a seating area - living room, kitchenette, bedroom and shower room. A terrace with garden furniture and a table on the garden level, so you can sit with your feet in the grass. For owners of electric vehicles, it is forbidden to charge the battery at the chalet's expense.
