We wanted to provide generous comfort while preserving the authenticity of the premises. The fully equipped Duroy house has one bedroom and an extra bed (one person) in the living room. Connected to fiber optic internet, it offers television and music (AirPlay).

The accommodation that is offered for rent is an old barn that we have completely transformed and restored. In the heart of Sarthe, 15 minutes from Sablé, 25 minutes from Le Mans by highway and 40 minutes from La Flèche Zoo. Located in quiet village. The accommodation consists of a living room/kitchen and 2 bedrooms with double beds. There are stairs to climb to get to the living room/kitchen, as well as to the bedrooms. Beds are made before your arrival, and towels are available in the bathroom. Parties and parties are not allowed

We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.
