We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linen included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

Alternatively venture out and discover UNESCO sites, hilltop villages, medieval towns and the lakes and trails of the Morvan Park.

Renovated country house in the middle of a peaceful village, for 4 people + possibility of 2 beds 190 x 90 on mezzanine (steep staircase to access it). Garden with brazier, petanque court, barbecue... The kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom 1 with 160 x 200 bed, TV and bathtub, bedroom 2 with 140 x 190 bed, TV. Baby cot on site. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toilet. Bakery, coffee and restaurant in the village. Supermarket, butcher shop… within a 3-minute drive.

Vous pourrez préparer de délicieux repas dans la cuisine très bien équipée… Vous pourrez aussi vous fournir en produits frais et locaux auprès de votre hôtesse Isis, proposition de repas et événements sur place… De belles balades sont à réaliser dans le village, la forêt ou au bord de la rivière et du canal…

Peaceful 3-star cottage offers a relaxing stay, for walkers, cyclists, in a green setting, on the banks of the Burgundy Canal. You can take nice bike rides, walk, with your dog, visit castles, vineyards, beautiful villages around the cottage. Close to the village halls. Cocooning cottage, fully equipped, sleeps 4 people. Enjoy a friendly moment in the countryside, with the song of birds, barbecues, rest on the enclosed patio.

Germaine's house

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

Cette maison a été entièrement refaite en pierre de taille. Elle se trouve à Civry sur Serein(classé dans les plus beaux villages de bourgogne). La cuisine est équipée d'une magnifique cuisinière de "chef". II y a plein de sites exceptionnels à proximité comme Vézelay, Chablis ou Noyers. Si vous aimez l'authentique, la gastronomie et la tranquillité cette maison est pour vous.
