The exit of the A31 motorway direction South-Nord is 6 kilometers away (Colombey, exit N°11) North-South direction, it's in Toul exit N°12

Nice cozy 35 m2 studio on the ground floor of a house in the heart of the historic village of Liverdun, with kitchenette and terrace overlooking the forest. Hiking, biking, fishing... you can enjoy nature on the banks of the Moselle and its famous loops. 6-minute walk to Liverdun train station, you can get to Nancy by train in 12 minutes. 25 km from the center of Nancy and 50 km from Metz. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.

Located near the Meuse river 15km from shops, 30km from Toul, 55km from Nancy and 8km from Domremy‐la-Pucelle. This step-free home has been recently renovated offering a welcoming space with large rooms. As this is my primary residence, I will slip away for the duration of your stay so you can fully enjoy the house.

5 minutes from Toul and the A31 and Rn4 motorways charming studio for 2 people. It includes an equipped kitchen, a shower room, a large dressing room, a mezzanine bed for 2 people. You have wifi access and a TV. For stays longer than 7 nights, sheets, towels and toiletries are not provided.

Come and enjoy a peaceful cottage in the countryside, by the water. You have private access to the terrace and the Nordic bath heated on request before your arrival. You have a separate entrance to the accommodation, which is located at the back of our house.
