The apartment is private, but the common areas are shared with the hosts, it has a balcony with a panoramic view of Turin and the Alps. It is designed in typical Italian style, equipped with a wooden and stone kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and two bedrooms. It is conveniently located near the highway and is perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The apartment is located in the historic center in Aosta, in front of the Pretorian Gates, a 7-minute walk from the Aosta train station. The accommodation is arranged on two floors: on the lower floor there is the living room with kitchenette equipped with everything you need and a 2-seater sofa bed and on the upper floor there is the bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds and the bathroom with shower and washing machine. Treat yourself to a relaxing weekend. Our attic, overlooking the valley, has been recently renovated and is located in a quiet area on the edge of the woods in the Gran Paradiso National Park. Ideal for summer and winter vacations, including hiking, canyoning, mountain biking, climbing, and trekking. A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.

On the ground floor, on a courtyard, there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the first floor a living room with fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom/laundry. A large terrace with pergola overlooks the mountains and bell towers. Very quiet, great charm.
