Large stone cottage, independent with 2500 square meters of land with relaxation area, children's games (trampoline, swing, sandbox, archery...) ON SITE: hiking trails, V.T.T path; a few meters away: equestrian center, swimming, fishing. 30 minutes from the highway (Valence).
