Je recommande vivement pour la tranquillité de la l’endroit la qualité ,la maison est très jolie très propre nous n’avons pas pu profiter de cette magnifique piscine proposée à cause de la situation de la météo dommage car la piscine et vraiment sublime très bonne accueil personne très sympathique et réactive merci pour l’accueil très bon moment à refaire

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Très bon accueil. La femme de Fatah nous a indiqué les magasins, resto, etc à proximité. Le logement est impeccable avec tout le nécessaire, et on peut stationner juste devant la maison gratuitement. Je recommande cet hôte à 100%

Le but du séjour était d'aller à Disneyland et visiter Paris. Très satisfait du choix et les conseils de Michaël ont été précieux tant pour les parkings si voiture ou se rendre en transports publics. Je recommande pour les familles car les enfants ont adoré tous les yeux à disposition dans la maison. Tout est proche également, restaurant, grande surface, Val d'Europe et bien entendu Disneyland à quelques minutes en voiture.

Logement très agréable, tout près du parc Disney (10 mn en voiture, 30 euros le parking pour la journée), nous étions 10 la maison est spacieuse, la literie est confortable. Je regrette tout de même de ne rencontrer personne lors de notre séjour, la boite à clé c'est pratique mais impersonnelle. Par contre, Florian est très à l'écoute et, les horaires d'arrivée peuvent changer en fonction de l'occupation du logement, c'est sympa. Par contre, il serait temps de faire un grand ménage dans la maison, elle en a besoin !

Chantal et Tim sont d'excellents hôtes. Nous avons été très bien reçus. L'accueil est chaleureux et amical. La Petite Maison est un endroit charmant. Propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et bien chauffé, avec un petit jardin où il fait bon prendre le soleil et son café dès les premiers rayons. Nous sommes ravis !

Das Appartement von Janet ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist ruhig gelegen und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es fehlt an nichts. Janet ist sehr freundlich, war sehr flexibel was die Schlüsselübergabe angeht und hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Muy bueno el departamento, era cómodo, fácil de acceder, tiene secadora nos tocaron unos días de lluvia y nos ayudó mucho a poder tener ropa seca, la zona era bastante tranquila por las noches no se escuchaban ni un ruido asique se podía dormir muy bien el sofá cama fue bastante cómodo

The studio has a great location - a 5-minute walk to a subway station (line 1), a grocery store (Franprix with a Lavazza vending machine), and good restaurants (Avenue de Paris). Also within a 5-minute walk is Chateau de Vincennes which is worth seeing. You can get to the Louvre in 20 minutes by Metro. The host Patrice is a very nice person and speaks French and English. We spent 5 wonderful nights at this place in May, 2025 Tatyana and Rumen Toronto, Canada

Un hôte réactif, appartement propre, belle vue. Top c'est que le logement est disponible en réservation immédiate. J'ai aimer le coin, la vue sur le canal.

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, von Kaffee über Shampoo bis zu Spielzeug, und sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Check-in und Check-out funktionierten zuverlässig und reibungslos. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden, so dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichen kann. Die Metro ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Sollte der Weg für kleine Kinderbeine oder nach einem Ausflugstag zu lang sein, empfiehlt sich die Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke.

Highly recommend this spot as it is the perfect place to recharge after a day of sightseeing. It was conveniently located from a train station that was only 30 minutes away from Paris. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere in the evenings and the direct balcony view of the Seine. The description and pictures were extremely accurate.

Mein letzter Besuch der "Stadt der Liebe" , rührte noch von meiner Schulzeit her. Dieser Besuch war mit vielen schönen Erinnerungen verbunden. Demnach war ich voller positiver Erwartungen. Diese wurden allesamt bestätigt. Claude und Ihr Mann, sind perfekte Gastgeber, die sehr um das Wohl Ihrer jeweiligen Gäste besorgt und bemüht sind. Die Lage dieser Immobilie, war für meine Bedürfnisse perfekt, da diese wenn man es wollte, zügig ins Stadtzentrum von Paris führen kann, andererseits aber einen so ruhigen und entspannenden Charakter aufweist, wie es eigentlich nur Naherholungsgebiete oder Kurzentren anzubieten vermögen. Ein perfekter Ort zum entschleunigen und dem teilweise stressigen Alltag zeitweise zu entfliehen. Insgesamt gesehen, ist dieses Angebot auch für Langzeitaufenthalte wärmstens geeignet und sehr zu empfehlen. Ich danke den beiden, dass Sie mit dazu beigetragen haben, mir den zweiten Besuch von Paris zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht zu haben.
