Vacation rentals with lake access in Champigny-sur-Marne

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Great apartment for those wishing to stay close to Orly airport. The apartment is small but very practical, with all the features in a quiet and quiet area. As for the landlord I have no doubt that he is an excellent person, very friendly and helpful. We made the most of it being a professional taxi driver and at a fair price took us to the places we wanted. It was excellent. Thank you Fatah.

The purpose of the stay was to go to Disneyland and visit Paris. Very satisfied with the choice and Michaël's advice was invaluable for both parking by car or getting around by public transport. I recommend it for families because the children loved all the toys available in the house. Everything is also close, restaurant, supermarket, Val d'Europe and of course Disneyland a few minutes' drive away.

Great house for visiting Disneyland. We stayed here as 4 adults and 4 children. The house is 10mins drive to Disneyland, we used uber as it was cheaper than driving and parking. The house was clean, organised and the host was great at communicating. He always responded if we had any queries. Will definitely recommend.

Janet's apartment is highly recommended. It is quiet and furnished with a lot of love. The equipment is very good and nothing is missing. Janet is very friendly, was very flexible about the key handover and responded very quickly to messages. We will be happy to come back!

Very good apartment, it was comfortable, easy to access, it has a dryer. We had a few rainy days and it helped us a lot to be able to have dry clothes. The area was quite quiet at night, you couldn't hear a sound, so you could sleep very well. The sofa bed was quite comfortable

Highly recommend this spot as it is the perfect place to recharge after a day of sightseeing. It was conveniently located from a train station that was only 30 minutes away from Paris. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere in the evenings and the direct balcony view of the Seine. The description and pictures were extremely accurate.

Great stay in this very nice apartment, very pleasant, bright, clean, nicely decorated, well-equipped, quiet in an equally quiet environment. Park and pond views. Close to the tram (less than 5 minutes' walk) - Paris easily accessible (tram + metro). Many shops in this beautiful residence (grocery store, cheese shop, butcher, bakery, restaurant etc.) - really very convenient. Underground parking space. We had a wonderful stay....to be repeated 😊

We had a lovely stay at Christophe’s apartment! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for our family of four. We felt at home — we could cook, rest, and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. My last visit to the "City of Love" was from my school days. This visit was associated with many beautiful memories. So I was full of positive expectations. All of these were confirmed. Claude and her husband are perfect hosts who are very concerned and committed to the well-being of their respective guests. The location of this property was perfect for my needs, as it can quickly lead to the city center of Paris if you want, but on the other hand it has such a quiet and relaxing character that only local recreation areas or spa centers can offer. A perfect place to slow down and escape the sometimes stressful everyday life. Overall, this offer is also warmly suitable for long-term stays and highly recommended. I thank the two of you for helping to make my second visit to Paris an unforgettable experience.

nice house near disneyland

Our family had an amazing time at Khady’s properties. It was well decorated, extremely clean and perfect location to go to Disneyland. The breakfast was also amazing! The kids loved it! Thank you very much for your great service!
