The apartment located on the second floor (no elevator) of our house with independent access is composed of a separate bedroom with king size bed, an equipped kitchen, a small bathroom and a living room. It is located in the heart of Bernay on a very quiet street, a 7-minute walk from the train station connecting Paris, Rouen and Deauville, and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant small town with Norman half-timbered buildings ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast (Deauville and Honfleur).

The 4-person cottage (85 m2) is located on the property, on a landscaped and enclosed garden of almost 2 hectares. The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
