A real treat to live amongst the squirrels who were busily gathering acorns from the tree our house was in. A beautiful retreat with amenities witihin walking distance.

We were a group of 12 and the reviews are unanimous: Awesome. We've been traveling all over France for a few years now, and I assure you that we rarely find such a peaceful place, with such a well-equipped house. We were hosted very well. Gite booked for 1 night, superb wood stove, very pleasant, 5 bedrooms, excellent and the + spa 37dg really excellent, outside temperature 0. Go there without a second thought, really very nice.

Large cottage with lake view, ideal for a group of 8. We had a lovely stay with friends. Sylvain and Nicole are welcoming and considerate. We'll be there again.

Beautiful home offering comfort, entertainment, quiet. Hyper complete: jacuzzi, sauna, cinema room, foosball, games... everyone will find what they like! Location in a neighborhood close to the city center, close to shops. Everything can be reached without a car. Julie is an available, friendly and welcoming host. We're glad we stayed at her place. We had a lovely stay despite the fickle weather. The cottage is located in a very peaceful environment, offering many opportunities for walks and hikes, either directly from the doorstep or by taking the car for a maximum of twenty minutes. The home and its amenities are perfectly as advertised. The enclosed land surrounding the cottage is optimal if, like us, you are traveling with your dog!! Hervé is very responsive and kind. No negative points to report, we recommend it without any reservations!!

Had a pleasant stay in this beautiful spacious apartment, well decorated and furnished. The bedding is of good quality. The walking distance to the Lecoq garden, the city center, shops and the pool is very nice.

The apartment offered by Ivan completely matched the description on the listing and therefore our expectations. Ivan was available if we needed anything and very considerate about our arrival. The apartment is well equipped, and very clean. I recommend it (and thank you Ivan!).

excellent little rbnb at the gates of clermont ferrant...brigitte and miguel are very welcoming and friendly while remaining very discreet......it is easy to access...has a place to park ( I was in a van) ....it is a small house with a small courtyard that overlooks a fairly quiet street..... the accommodation has a bedroom....a living room with a sofa bed, a table and a small tv....a well-equipped kitchen area and a small bathroom all a little old but in perfect condition and very clean.. and with a stable and efficient wifi..... in short....I had a very good stay and recommend without reservation this accommodation to which I would happily return if I have to return to a trip to clermont.

Very well located accommodation, exotic setting, hiking circuit in direct proximity to the accommodation. Located in a really beautiful valley, a green and tranquil setting, breath of fresh air assured. Listing is as described and comfortable, nothing is missing.

As soon as we walked through the door, it felt like home. Everything was clean, tidy, the beds made. Maxence listened to us throughout our stay. The rental does not include a parking space but it is possible to park on the street without worries even with a large car. The swimming pool is a real plus!

We had a lovely stay at Françoise's. Despite her absence during the week, Françoise was very responsive to our requests. The accommodation is as described. (It is well-equipped, very well located, the pool is a plus on sunny days). We were close to exits and tours... We would highly recommend...

Very, very good. Patrice was amazing. Knowing that I was coming by train, he picked me up at the train station. It must be admitted that his accommodation is not nearby and above all it goes up and up. I had initially thought of walking the distance (3 km is not huge) but I didn't imagine that it would go up so much!!! Then he lives in a very very nice place at the foot of the hills. His place is ultra clean, completely renovated and has a pool. For those who want to have a nice little vacation, it's really excellent.

This place is great to stay at! We had a race week-end at Circuit de Charade, the track was less than 10’ away, which was absolute comfort to come back from the hot days at the track and to jump into the pool 👌🏻 Again, many thanks Kristof & Lili for the great place!

Jacques and Isabelle are wonderful hosts. They are very friendly and made us feel like at home. The house was spotless with top-notch amenities. A perfect family-friendly spot with a swimming-pool and a peaceful garden, great for morning coffee! We really enjoyed our stay.
