An unforgettable stay at Sam's! Upon arrival, we were greeted with great kindness and a real sense of hospitality. Sam is an exceptional host: responsive, caring and always ready to help to make the stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was impeccable – clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and perfectly as advertised (if not better!). We immediately feel at home there. The location is also ideal, whether for relaxation or exploring the surrounding area. Thanks Sam for a great experience! I would recommend it without so much as a second thought, and I will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a lovely 5 days staying here and highly recommend it! The home is modern, comfortable and equipped with everything we could have wanted. There were games and books, and a small yard,(with balls!) for the kids to play. It is a short pleasant walk to the train and then easy access to all of Paris. It was really nice to return here after a long day of sightseeing. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We took several walks around the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. We all enjoyed staying here. Celine is very responsive, usually answering in minutes!

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is a half hour drive from the airport and less than an hour from Paris. Paris is easy to reach with your own transportation, public transportation or Uber. In terms of accommodation, the pool + terrace is especially beautiful, well maintained and very private. You will have 0.0 from neighbors or passers-by. The welcome and help before and during the holiday by Maryse and Serge was good. They are very friendly and helpful, also they do not hesitate to try to speak English. They respond very quickly. The house is also very large and equipped with every comfort. The surroundings are quiet. It is situated in a small village. For those who love it; recommended!

Lucinda’s place is beautiful. We only stayed for one night, much to our disappointment as it was just so lovely . The house was spotless, we were even left some special little treats as well as some eggs, milk, orange juice and tasty bread. Really wish we had booked to come back after our time at Disneyland, it was so easy to find too. Thank you for such a fantastic stay in your home.

Air b&b favorite ❤️ So much to say: Second stay, and as soon as we arrive the location gives us the first notes of this relaxing stay. First of all a bright driveway leading to the entrance door of the b&b air. Always on the same continuity a beautiful exterior including dining table and two sunbeds on a beautiful lawn to spend a moment of relaxation and calm☺️. Then arrived the entrance to the first room which offers a large space with a round table as before, with added to that an equipped kitchen. As for the bathroom, what comfort❤️, walk-in shower, hot water all in extreme cleanliness❤️. And of course the nails of the show, a bedroom with a window with the most comfortable bedding we have had to date❤️. Air b&b beyond our expectations, not to mention the host who is incredibly kind. Thank you for this magical second quiet stay, a bubble apart❤️❤️❤️❤️.

This is a lovely apartment in the Marais, within easy reach of just about anything we wanted to see, and anywhere we wanted to eat. It was attractively decorated, with high ceilings, and got plenty of light. It was a pleasure to come home to and surprisingly quiet for a city apartment. My favorite places were the windowed corner nook in the living room and the patio, which has a table and chairs set among plants and vines, and had views of the sky and surrounding apartments. The kitchen was well equipped, and we could have prepared a nice if meal if w wanted to. Iris was a great host, generous with her local knowledge and responsive when we had questions. The apartment is in a co-op, and we didn't detect any resentment from the neighbors although we're obviously not owners. Highly recommended!

Quiet apartment in a quiet (but convenient) part of town, a block away from Buttes Chaumont Park, which is a really lovely and peaceful place.

The place was exactly as described. The apartment is located in a residential area with very good infrastructure, shops, restaurants, metro and bus connection. The key exchange was well organized. The house is very well maintained and quiet. The contact with Laura was very good. Questions were answered at all times. We felt very comfortable.

It’s an excellent experience to stay at Patrices place. Patrice gave us the clear guidance about the studio and everything around it.The view from the terrace is amazing!!!!! We enjoyed our stay in Vincennes. Would like to come back one day!

We loved staying at Isabell’s place. Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Beautiful garden. Easy and quick access to D line into the city. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and eating at local restaurants. The Cafe right outside the RER station is fantastic. Isabelle is a lovely host, very personable and kind. We would definitely stay with her again!

Hannah and Reuben's flat was a dream! Private, secure, and full of unique Parisian charm, it was exactly as described and wonderful to stay in. Close to the Metro, it was a lovely spot to retreat to after a day out and about.

Raphael was a wonderful host who was always available and took great care of us. His tips were sensational! The best baker in town is right on the corner! The apartment is small but very cute and furnished with attention to detail. The house and surroundings are typical Paris ;-) the bed alone was a small challenge, as it was a rather hard folding couch. But we were always so tired in the evening that we still slept very well. It was particularly nice to drink the coffee on the small French balcony. Even a lemon tree blooms here! The apartment has everything you could ask for. From the coffee maker to the washing machine. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Thank you very much, Raphael.

Stayed in Franck’s home while he was away on vacation. It’s nice and feels like a home. Franck’s communication is stellar.

We spent 6 days in this place. It's a great apartment, in a very quiet private residence. Waking up in the morning was done to the sound of birds. The apartment is very nice, the bedding is great. The only negative point would be that there is almost no pressure in the bathroom, but that would be nitpicking! It is close to the metro, there is a super bakery a 5-minute walk away. In short, if we were to return to Paris, we would not hesitate for a single minute to rebook this place.

We had a wonderful stay here! The apt is beautiful and spacious with a very large private garden space and is close to public transit. Alain and Eric were so helpful and communicative - we would definitely recommend staying here!

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is very well decorated. It is ideally located next to the RER A. For 2 people it's fine. For 3 or 4 people it's a little fair since you have to unfold the sofa in the living room and there is a window without a shutter so the day enters the room.

We had a lovely long Easter weekend at Françoise's. This house was clean and perfect for a big group. The location was excellent

A little far from the center but very quiet, comfortable, clean and close to the metro. Celine provided us with very clear explanations and helpful tips for our stay.

The local mall and designer village are a short walk away and there is a local bus stop that takes you straight to the disney park in 10 minutes. Great distance from Disneyland. We also did a day trip into central Paris, again easy transport links with the local train station. The apartment was spacious and the kids loved exploring

Amazing place. Location 10, very well conected with public transport, 5 mins from Disneyland park on Bus and very safe zone (Magny le Hongre) to be in family. The condo is so clean and complete for 5-7 persons. Exactly like pictures. Nizar is a great host, very kind and respectful with us. 10/10 option in Paris.
