As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. Most of the biggest private hospitals , such as HYGEIA,MITERA,IATROPOLIS,EMBRYOGENESSIS,IATRIKO KENTRO, are in less than 2 km.far from the apartment. The spacious corner bedroom features street-side views. The apartment comprises of a large livingroom-kitchen open space, a beautiful and well lit corner bedroom and a bathroom-shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, an oven/range, a microwave, a toaster, espresso machine, water boiler, plates, utensils etc. The bathroom has a shower, wc, sink and a large, well lit mirror. There is also a hair dryer and an iron+ironing board There is high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix. Bed linen, towels and soaps are provided. Guest access The apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator. I am always available to my guests - by phone or via internet, and will greet you whenever possible. When I am not available I will make sure you have always someone to refer to for any information. The past meets the present in Koukaki. Streets lined with orange trees bustle with chic bars, fish taverns, and all-day cafes. Sip local wine under the shadow of the Acropolis and relive the glory of antiquity a stroll away from the front door. The best way to explore is on foot. If you want to save some time you can use the metro. Both of the nearest stops are on the Red line - Syngrou Fix ( 4 min walk) or just a bit further, Acropolis (8 min walk). Parking is free on the streets around, apart from spaces marked with blue paint on the tarmac with post-signs “ For residents only”.
