I originally booked Dina’s one bedroom listing, but she ‘upgraded’ me to a 2 bedroom listing in Tamuning in ‘Pedro’s Place’, another one of her listings in Tamuning. This is a review for unit 4 on the second floor there. The place looked exactly like the pictures. There were ceiling fans in every room which helped circulate air and cool nicely. There were split a/c units in every room to cool the place. There was initially an issue with the kitchen split unit, but Dina was on top of it and it was fixed in a few days. I wasn’t inconvenienced because of the other split units. The unit was comfortable on the second floor with most of the things you need to call it home when you are there. Check in is via a key in the lock box which worked well with my 3 am arrival. A working stove, coffee maker and microwave. I bought some ice trays which I left for the next guest. The biggest drawback is the window coverings. Most windows are blacked out for privacy, but this makes it quite dark.
