This unique, art-filled apartment is in a listed 1939 building by Mon Repos park, 2 min from metro & center. You’ll enjoy 100 m² of private space (5.5 rooms total, 135 m²). I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. If you needs more comfort in separate rooms (e.g. 2 guests in 2 beds, or 3 in 3), I’ll open it for CHF 40/night. All are welcome, wherever you’re from, whatever you believe, whoever you love.

Situé dans un quartier bourgeois au sud de la ville, mon appartement se trouve au rez-de-chaussée d'un immeuble de style, du début du 20ème siècle. Il comprend 2 chambres, l'une occupée par moi et l'autre que je propose ici. La chambre est spacieuse avec un grand lit pour une personne ou un couple, ainsi qu'un espace living room avec table canapé et fauteuils. La porte fenêtre vous permet d'accéder directement au balcon. Une grande cuisine ainsi que la salle d'eau sont à partager avec moi.

Your stay will combine a lovely spacious and bright apartment with a great location that is just two minutes away from train and busses, supermarkets and restaurants. Whether you come for business or pleasure, the apartment is just one stop (4 minutes) away from Lausanne train station or approx. 12 minutes by bus.

Charming mezzanine apartment in city centre!

Our apartment is located a 8 minute walk from the fun « Rue Marterey » with many restaurants, boutiques and bars! The apartment is super bright and we get lovely afternoon sunlight for hours in our main living area. The mezzanine on the top floor (accessible by stairs only) has low ceilings but makes for a fine bedroom. Please note that the apartment is on the third floor of the building and only accessible by stairs (elevator until second floor, then one flight of stairs).

Very bright dual-aspect apartment with 2 balconies. One faces south-east, overlooking a communal garden so it's quiet, ideal for a sunny breakfast and lunch. Spacious room with desk. The apartment is located in the city center so close to all amenities. 3 min walk to Place de la Riponne and its metro, Flon district. 20 min walk from the train station. Multiple bus stops around the apartment. Covered parking at Le Valentin is a 1-min walk away.

Beautiful apartment with large balcony, on the top floor with spectacular views of Lake Geneva and the Franco-Suisse Alps. Inhabited accommodation therefore functional. Bus stop downstairs from the building, 10 minutes from the city center, 25 minutes on foot. Numerous parking spots in front of the building. Very nice and quiet neighborhood, with several supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacy,.. less than 5 minutes walk.

Beautiful view of lake Leman, 10min walk to the lake and to long-term parking. Supermarket and convenience store 2 min away. Public transportation: 2min walking distance to 4 bus lines stops, including train station and downtown. NEW : bus line extension to EPFL (15 min) and UNIL (10min). I'll be more than glad to help you discover our city and culture. I speak Spanish, English and French fluently.

For rent, 2 room apartment (2 people max) on the 4th floor of an old building, quiet area, 10 minutes by bus from the city center of Lausanne. Beautiful lake and mountain views.
