Monthly Rentals in Chaddesden

Heartwarming family with a cute small kid. Comfortable bed in lockable room with enough space to store my things. Evrything was absolutely nice and clean. Highly recommended!

For the price is perfect, however in the room I have stayed was facing a busy road, and was a bit noisy, but in rest was quite pleasant. Other things, keeping in mind that they have a policy where they change you extra as a guarantee for damages and I have not seen those money even today…so this is somethings to keep in mind.

Lovely host and peaceful memorable stay. Beautiful area and close to city centre. Quite a nice yet safe neighbourhood. Lovely free bees given from hosts too.

Great place to stay in Derby. I stay here semi regularly for work when available
