Vacation rentals in Cha-am District

We had a great stay at apartment 1702 in the Boathouse complex in Hua Hin. The two-bedroom unit was comfortable and well-suited for our family. Although there were some initial issues with the water heaters in both bathrooms, the owner responded quickly and had everything resolved. While the building isn’t directly on the beach, there’s a convenient golf buggy shuttle available anytime, or you can enjoy a short walk through the beautiful gardens along a long swimming pool. For food, there are plenty of Grab options nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!

Our recent stay at this stunning villa in Hua Hin was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully maintained property that exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, though we also took advantage of the delicious local dining options nearby. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the villa staff. They were always available to assist with anything we needed, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Stayed at Nets place for 12 nights. Very private and the view is amazing. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and the air conditioning is cold. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Natapadhs apartment. The check in was very easy and we found the room to be very clean , well equipped and super cosy and kid friendly. We got a lovely view of the ocean with a large balcony and the building itself was quiet and peaceful. Natapadh was very responsive and helpful. We would be happy to stay there again. :)

Very close to 7/11. Beachfront with great pool. Although a fair distance to main part of cha am. Place was as described, check in very flexible as we arrived very late. Help was always there. Only thing I would say is the amount of mosquitos even keeping doors and windows closed it managed to still get in. Host provided mosquito bats though. Good stay overall

Beautiful and peaceful place, great pool!

I'll start with the cons, because there aren't many of them: - the internet is not very fast and also blocks several sites, it was fine to work, but watching movies on the laptop was difficult; - the TV definitely needs an update, it is small, without smart TV, and even just watching TV channels on a scratched screen turns into torture; - there is nothing around except two expensive restaurants and one store without alcohol (because it is at a gas station), but this is obvious when booking, so it is highly recommended to rent a vehicle. Now the pros: - very clean apartment, good water pressure from the shower, nice bed linen, comfortable long pillow and several towels to choose from; - condo is really good, pool is big and empty, but very clean, good gym and friendly stuff; - you can easily order a food delivery from apps; - condo almost empty, so there was no noises around; - two AC do a great job; - big and empty beach; - and, of course, the owner is super friendly!
