House vacation rentals in Cha-am District

Juan has an amazing place! I stayed here for a month and loved it! It’s great for families, couples and even solo travelers. Juan was very helpful as a host and was honest about everything! Quick to adapt and help out in any problem that I had! Again it’s an amazing place and Juan is a great host who deserves more customers his way.

The place is clean. Spacious. The main swimming pool is about 500 meters walk to the sea.

Fern's place is amazing. The little cabin I rented was rustic but sweet. A little small for 2 people, but ideal for 1. Internet, AC, and hot water all good. The scenery is stunning. Rice paddy fields, palm trees, and mountains Sunsets are rainbow colors and paint the scenery almost like a movie set. There are 4 little cabins fairly close to each other but far enough that is not intrusive. Right out front is a little pond with koi-like fish, with a sweet little bridge lit by lanterns. The restaurant is homemade and decent. Good sizes, and she even offers a hot pot! The rooms are extremely affordable for what you get, and the restaurant has local prices. Pretty ideal. She's also got a motorcycle to rent, which is free or at least very cheap to get supplies nearby. But the best part of the whole experience is Fern herself. She's sweet, kind and goes the extra mile. Her English is excellent and offers a few words of assistance if you're willing to learn Thai. A definite recommend:)

Highly recommended ! We're glad that we decided to stay at this villa (though for 1 night) which only 2 minutes away from the beach. The villa is huge, clean and cozy with lovely sitting area and fully-equipped kitchenette. Kids were enjoyed the jacuzzi-swimming pool day and night. Host is also nice. She always respond to our questions and let us checked in 2 hours early. There are choices of restaurants nearby or just drive to Cha-am fresh market in 15 minutes. Our weekend with friends and family were fulfilled with laugh and fun. Thank you so much for your fabulous services.

Very nice pool villa house, plenty of space, comfortable bed. Impressive that there is a heated pool. The dog can stay. Easy 15 minutes to the night market or Market Village mall. And most importantly, the staff is very good. There is a butler to help. Will come back to stay again.

This home gets our very best and warmest recommendation! We were 4 who booked Jibbie's place and we've gotten a lot more than we expected. Jibbie is the owner and the sweetest young girl who just wanted us to be good! When we arrived after a long trip, there was provided a cold water and a cold soda, some cake and toiletries - this was really welcome as one suitcase was unfortunately stranded. It was clean and tidy, really a lovely house. Jibbie helped us rent scooters, these were delivered the day after for dinner! Jibbie also provided communication with the airport so our suitcase arrived. In the house there is a washing machine, for a little refresh of clothes. The area and the house are lovely, lovely pool, which is right across from the house for free use. In short, there is what you need for a nice warm holiday. It takes about 10 - 15 min. on moped to Hua hin, but there are many fine eateries right in the area, as well as a large supermarket with everything, they have the finest ingredients, fish, seafood, meat, fresh vegetables and fruits in all shapes and sizes, if you want to cook yourself! Whatever questions we had, we wrote to Jibbie and she responded very quickly! If Jibbie could not come by herself, then Jibbie's mother came - not that we needed anything, we had rented a house, not the service as in the hotels. We were really happy with Jibbie and her way of being - as written, we got a lot more service than expected and can therefore only recommend others this lovely lovely house and this sweetest homeowner!
