Auvergne Holiday Cottage/Gite Sleeps 4

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Old mountain farmhouse renovated with care, you will find an equipped kitchen area, a bathroom and cozy living area. From Des Hautes Terres du Luguet, jump in your hiking boots!

Here you will find calm and relaxation, surrounded by nature in the middle of the meadows, the terrace of the house will allow you to enjoy sunsets over the Cézallier and the passage of deer and other animals. Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
