Seafront 4 minutes' walk from the villa. Our cul-de-sac leads to the Espanet crossing which leads to the sea. The villa has 3 bedrooms upstairs, including 1 master suite with beautiful sea views. The 2nd bedroom has a sea view and the 3rd has a garden view. On the ground floor: veranda, kitchen-dining room, music room, book... 2 bathrooms. Garden with sea view and summer kitchen. Our vacation home is in a green setting. I am not on site but I can always be reached, and I can come if needed.

This charming house totally renovated with its private pool is really exceptional. It is located in a quiet residential area on the heights of La Ciotat and enjoys a beautiful view of the Bay of Lecques and the island of Embiez in the distance. The beaches are a five-minute drive away and the Calanques National Park is half an hour away, the adjoining forest allows for beautiful walking or cycling tours with breathtaking views.

There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).
