In the heart of the historic center, this apartment has the charm of the old: beams (be careful if you're tall), half-timbering and bricks, and has all the comforts of modernity. Composed of an equipped kitchen overlooking the living room (sofa bed), a bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet. On the 3rd floor, without elevator access, with a final staircase that's a little steep, but once you arrive you will be won over! And if the apartment is not available, book "Rose-brique, maison de ville" on a nearby street.

Duplex-style apartment on the ground floor at the foot of the Cathedral in a residence of 8 exclusive apartments built on the foundations of the old cathedral. The 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms are located on level 1 accessible by spiral staircase. You'll appreciate the quietness of this cottage. The garden will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of this exceptional site. This cottage has been designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 couples each using a 160 double bed or for a family of 2 adults and 3 children.

On the day of your arrival, this little cocoon will welcome you between 5pm and 11:30pm (or even from 2pm depending on availability). You will enter independently thanks to a procedure that I will send you around 3 p.m. (in pdf by WhatsApp or in photo by SMS). I will of course remain available at that time if you have any questions or concerns, as well as throughout the stay. On your checkout date, you can leave the property until 12:30 p.m. at the latest. Instructions will be noted on the front door.

Its generous grounds and facilities provide everything you need to unwind and recharge. Ideal location to visit Cordes sur Ciel and Albi, you will be nestled in the heart of the Cordais hills. The cottage will offer you the incredible spectacle of a peaceful and green landscape for unforgettable walks with friends / family. You will be delighted by the site and the history that this cottage offers you.

The village is conveniently located between Labège Innopole and Blagnac. Walk in the woods next door. For your cultural outings you are 20 minutes from the Cité de l'Espace and Aeroscopia. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.
