You have access to 2 outdoor areas: a terrace with a beautiful view and a cool patio. The 145 m² (1,562 sq. ft.) are spread over three easily accessible levels: On the ground floor, there is a suite with a desk, a shower room, and a toilet. On the 2nd floor two bedrooms and their bathroom-WC. On Level 1, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a bright dining room, and a spacious living room. Very stylish and comfortable.

Please note that we have 2 medium sized dogs which are confined to the garden around the main house.
