House offering a perfect location to explore the area and discover its many historical and cultural sites, such as the Caen Memorial Located in a quiet area, close to local shops and restaurants. At your disposal, a bowling green and jacuzzi (forbidden for children under 15 years old) open from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Close to the city center, the train station, nearby businesses. The apartment is located on the first floor of our house, independent access by external staircase, it is composed of 2 bedrooms (bedroom no. 1 30 m2, bedroom no. 2 16 m2), a dining room with sofa bed for 2 people, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom, toilet. Provision of an umbrella bed if necessary. Optional breakfast available (€5) Guests can enjoy an independent garden and garden furniture

However, you also stay there for the comfort and quality of the amenities of this former 18th century farmhouse, completely renovated while respecting its original charm.
