At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Fantastic stay in an oasis of peace From the moment of arrival, we were warmly and very friendly received by Lana. Lana is a flexible host, who did everything to meet our wishes. The room is decorated with great care: cozy, clean and comfortable – you feel right at home. There is a beautiful garden full of flowers, where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility. The area is quiet and peaceful, ideal to relax and unwind. Within walking distance you will find a bakery, perfect for a fresh baguette. And within 10 minutes, you are already on the beach – ideal for a morning walk or a day of sunbathing. In this area, there is plenty to do and see, nice villages and sights. Of course the city of Caen, the markets and the sea! This guest room is highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, hospitality and a nice, quiet location close to the sea in beautiful Normandy.

Marlene was more than responsive and really made our stay as easy as possible. She was very attentive to our requests and always responded quickly. Thank you so much to Marlene for her time and help during our stay. The apartment was perfect, very well-equipped and very clean. We were sad to stay so short a time. I can only recommend this apartment and thank Marlene again for her kindness.

Beautiful place in a large park that you can visit. Very comfortable, cozy and pleasant accommodation. No noise (because only 1 listing) and dream destination. Great location for going to Deauville (45') or Cabourg (35'). Easy access and responsive, friendly host. In my top 3 places to absolutely redo because it's exceptional.

Marie Laure is very welcoming. The accommodation is very as described and photos. Very charming and exotic. A great stay.
