When the weather is fine, the countryside comes to life: the fruit trees bloom, the garden springs back to life. Located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, La Briardière can accommodate 6 people: couples, families, or friends. The organization of the house leaves everyone a wide range of autonomy: bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. 10 mins away is Livarot, 20 mins Lisieux, 40 mins Deauville and the beaches of the Flower Coast, 1h30 Omaha Beach.

Suite in a Caen stone farmhouse. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, along the road. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000 m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciated!

Close to the city center, the train station, nearby businesses. The apartment is located upstairs, not accessible to PRM, independent access by external staircase, it is composed of 2 bedrooms (room no. 1 30 m2, room no. 2 16 m2), a dining room with sofa bed 2 pers, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom, toilet.
